Family Courts: Have They Been Compromised? « Leon Koziol.Com:
Have our family courts been compromised?
Since the inception of this website, our staff here at www.leonkoziol.com has tried to keep the majority of our content focused largely upon issues surrounding what we believe is the state’s ever-expanding intrusions upon private child-rearing matters. Occasionally, there is sufficient reason to feature other stories and information which may not necessarily have anything to do with parental rights, but rather illustrate the growing frustrations that American’s are experiencing with our government today when conventional remedies such as the family courts and public acts of civil disobedience simply do not work. In no way are we advocating or suggesting violence. However, we will continue to ask the same question that repeatedly goes unanswered when our public officials are called upon; what recourse do citizens of the United States of America have when they continue to be ignored by their government?

Judge Orders Couple to Exchange Facebook Passwords
Judge Orders Couple to Exchange Facebook Passwords - Family Law - Law and Daily Life:
Not only do we have many Family Court Judges in New Hampshire that believe they have the power of God, now you have one in Connecticut also!
Would you want to give your soon-to-be ex-spouse your Facebook password? Probably not. But if you ever go in front of Connecticut's Judge Kenneth Shluger, you may have to.

Can Adoption Lead to Child Abuse?
Lisa Belkin: Can Adoption Lead to Child Abuse?:
It sure Can!
I have not been able to get four-year-old Sean Paddock, or 11-year-old Hanna Williams, or 7-year-old Lydia Schatz out of my mind. As Erik Eckholm reported in the New York Times yesterday, and Anderson Cooper discussed on CNN, most recently last week, the three children all died within the past five years, and they had several chilling factors in common.

The Truth Bites "NH"-Indian Heritage-Children Removed by NH DCYF
The Truth Bites "NH":
From the Puritans to the Jacksonian time period 1832 and trail of tears, through modern times; the European immigrants of the past as the citizens today; have left lingering effects upon the rights and lives of the Native Americans of this country.
A recent 20/20 segment with Diane Sawyer talked about the "Hidden America -Children of the Plains" and didn't come close to giving Americans any more understanding today than they had in 1675 when Metacom's War; or as white historians have name it King Phillips war broke out; in large part due to the fact that those immigrants took little to no effort to understand the cultural patterns and needs of Native Americans. The children of the plains are not the only Indian children in this country living in poverty and alcoholism. There are existence's of tribes in almost every state in the United States; yet we do not know of their plights nor have they been fairly compensated for the erroneous and numerous wrongs done to them throughout this country's history, and the parents need help and children need them to have that help; not be torn away to be assimilated to another completely alien culture.
The attached link shows that New Hampshire continues to wrong these people; now through the Department of Children Youth and Families. Specific failings can be attributed to Maggie Bishop and those before her, as shown in the link attached and the State of New Hampshire continues to fail not only the indigenous people who share our country and state but it fails over 66% of people they serve throughout the state and has the highest non-return of child to parent ratio in the country.
Don't talk to strangers... really parents of New Hampshire; be warned Don't talk with these people at DCYF without your lawyer present. For a wealth of Information on this topic check out Mrs. Knightly's site by clicking on the title. If you find her site to have to much rhetoric; and/or if her plight as a grandparent activist doesn't convince you that there is a problem in recognizing the natural rights of parents and children; the real evidence preserved in her blog from the National Government and numerous other cases will soften even the hardest of hearts although probably not the horrigans of this state.

CT DCF Worker Breaks Down Wakes Up Comes Forward
CT DCF Worker Breaks Down Wakes Up Comes Forward | Corrupt CT:
This isn't just in CT. It's everywhere!
Posted on 29 August 2011
In a surprising turn of events CorruptCT.com has been approached by an active DCF worker that says she can no longer sleep soundly with what she knows and is asked to do. As promised we have guaranteed that no matter what her name and location will not be disclosed to anybody and in return we have been promised a 1 on 1 interview with her.
She has promised with the information that she knows the State of CT will no longer be able to turn a blind eye on the actions of the Department of Children and Families. Keep in mind, this is not just things she has done but things management has forced her to do, tactics they are taught and trained to use on a daily basis to disarm and take advantage of lower class and income families. The families that have no means to fight back, and then how to move forward for the kill and how to strip the family of all their civil rights and community support while stealing the children.
She was very hesitant to speak over the phone so we have a meeting setup for later on this week where CorruptCT.com has been promised first hand experiences of the corruption behind the DCF. This includes but is not limited to classified documents the public is never supposed to see, the truth behind a higher profile case that took place last year that she was part of and the real leaders of this disgusting child kidnapping ring, how they have blackmailed families into giving up their children and why the government wants these children so bad.
All I can say is that I am so excited I will probably not sleep. This meeting is going to be a stepping stone towards bringing down the corruption within the CT DCF / CPS offices we have been waiting for. All I can hope is that other workers who like her can no longer live with the guilt and shame of what they are asked to do and will follow her lead and step forward. We are here for you and we promise the same anonymity, no one will ever find out who spoke to who, but the time is now, DCF will be no longer once the truth starts to leak out continue with their dirty and illegal tactics. The day is upon us and I am more then proud to say God bless us all and as for her bravery I will forever be indebted to her as will most of CT.
UPDATE: 09/03/2011
First off I must apologize for the maybe what I thought was a glamorous title but might have been a bit dramatized or I used the wrong words. It actually took a lot of courage to come forward and maybe instead of break down I should have used the words break through? Well for updates please click here.
