It still won’t help the innocent families being destroyed by CPS. They only have one thing on their minds and it sure as hell isn’t the best interest of a child It’s money! Plain and simple!
On September 30, President Obama president signed into law the Child and Family Services Improvement and Innovation Act that reauthorizes two important child welfare programs – Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF) and the Stephanie Tubbs Jones Child Welfare Services (STJCWS) for 5 years. The law also renews waiver authority so states can test various approaches to serving children at risk of abuse or neglect and establishes child welfare data standards so states can better communicate between social service programs.

When Anthony Richards, Jr., was born on an early Sunday morning in June, the only complications involved his family getting the cameras in focus to capture his arrival into the world. He was a healthy baby and his parents, Queenyona Boyd and Anthony Richards, Sr., couldn’t have been happier. Yet, only four days later Anthony was put in foster care after doctors discovered an unexplained broken femur, his distraught parents the suspects of child abuse.

Today is the six year anniversary of the ILLEGAL kidnapping of my precious granddaughter Isabella, by Nashua, NH DCYF. Hopefully there won't be a seventh!
A birthday I will never forget. I guess this is how DCYF makes sure people never forget the horrible wrath their agency bestows on INNOCENT families. I and my family are much stronger today than we were six year's ago on this horrible day. We have learned how to fight back and learned not to let our anger and hatred of this rogue agency get in the way of fighting the injustices used against not just my family, but ALL families abused by this rogue government agency.
I just want the adoptive stranger's of Isabella to know we have nothing against them. This fight is against Nashua DCYF and the Judges who cater to their every whim. If they had done the job's they're paid to do, instead of only thinking about how much money our children will bring in, Isabella would never have been placed in foster care. She would have been with her family from day one. Anything that the future brings, is due to the proven injustices against my family.
If the foster strangers had kept their word and had not listened to the lies told by Nashua DCYF, everyone would have been better off. I know Nashua DCYF shuns foster strangers who associate with biological families. They kowtow to the strangers who kiss their butts. Sorry, but I was never a butt kisser and never will be, therefore another reason DCYF and I could never get along.
Did DCYF think that this would have a quiet ending? Did they think that this Grammy would NOT fight back? I bet their kicking themselves now. They definitely messed with the wrong Grammy! Unlike DCYF, I abide by the law's of our land. I tell the truth, unlike DCYF. I despise liar's, therefore DCYF and I could never see eye to eye. I have lived my life helping other people, unlike DCYF. I don't judge. That's God's job and NO, they don't have the "Power of God", as they proclaim they do. Their day will come when they stand at the gates of Heaven and are refused entrance. Even God will never forgive the pain and suffering they've bestowed upon innocent children and their families.
So to the adoptive stranger's who were rewarded with Isabella, you are partly to blame. Moving here from Ma. I guess you didn't know how Nashua DCYF really work's. Foster care classes tell you to steer clear of biological families. For some reason these families are very angry. I wonder why? Duh! If you were in the shoes of the innocent families, maybe then you'd have a clue.
Isabella, we love and miss you with all our heart's and one day you will come home to us. Home where you belong. I know you believe these people are your family, but as time passes you WILL learn the truth, just as the whole world will know you were stolen from your family,ILLEGALLY and hopefully, each and every one of the kidnapper's and their puppet's will serve time in Prison for the illegal practices they used to hold you and so many other innocent children hostage. They will pay for their crimes, legally! They will answer to God. Their greed will be their downfall! We will never give up this fight for your long awaited return. WE are FAMILY!

New Hampshire DHHS/DCYF's 20 Year's of NON-COMPLIANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After posting this article on my blog in September 2011: NH DHHS Receives Federal Approval for Plan Aimed at Improving Child Protection , I was sent this letter and thought it deserved it's own posting.
NH DHHS has only been noncompliant (AKA: NOT FOLLOWING THEIR OWN SERVICE PLAN!) for approximately 20 years*, so why shouldn't they receive federal approval? .....Maybe when the year 2021 comes around, when NH DHHS has their 30 year noncompliance anniversary party, perhaps then NH DHHS will receive even more federal approvals? Makes you wonder what the NH DHHS 50th noncompliance anniversary celebration will look like (I'm sure it will be an even bigger celebration than the "celebrate May is National foster care month" yearly theme party, with more statewide recognitions, more dinners, more trips to Storyland, more ice cream, more fireworks.) Yup, their half a century of noncompliance anniversary will certainly be a huge affair!
