Foster Parents;Title IV "ties that bind“ social security.

Part 3 of 8.

We, continue laying our foundation, bear with us. The last quote bears repeating. Part of the ASFA initiative was to require states to initiate creative programs to increase the number of adoptions within their state. Did it work?

All 50 States, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia have received bonuses for exceeding their baseline number of adoptions for at least one year.

Adoption Excellence Awards. Prompted by the Adoption 2002 initiative, HHS began the Adoption Excellence Awards program in 1997. (U.S. DHHS, 2004a, p. 1).

Foster Parents; Title IV "ties that bind" social security. Part 2 of 8.

In part 1, we began our foundational research, we now continue with what is essential to solidify prior to putting up our building. We know that research and data is incredibly boring to some, however, it is necessary. Let us continue. We were explaining how the Title 1V monies came into effect and projects that was designed to fund. One of the costliest programs this source is funding is ADFC, Aid to Families with Dependent Children, designations by President Roosevelt in 1935.

The fun continued through the decades solidified in 1974 with the Mondale act, reinforced by the American Safe Families Act, and CAPTA. Read the listing below of a small fraction of the programs that have literally germinated from this original mistake known as the Mondale Act.

Foster Parents; Title IV "the ties that bind"
Part 1 of 8.

There has been much controversy the last few weeks about Social Security funding, cutting funds retirees count on to pay necessary expenses. Baby boomers; are coming of age now all across America, so there are more applying for social security. Understand, the facts in this equation.

We have two separate issues here.

a). retaining funding sources for our elderly who have paid their dues.
b). controversy as a funding source for the multitude of astronomically expensive programs.

Tell your US Representative NO! H.R. 2883, The Child and Family Services Extension and Enhancement Act

H.R. 2883, The Child and Family Services Extension and Enhancement Act:

Tell your US Representative NO!
HR 2790 do-over- H.R. 2883, “Child and Family Services Improvement and Innovation Act”

Introduced September 11, 2011- H.R. 2883 would amend part B of title IV of the Social Security Act to extend the Child and Family Services program through fiscal year 2016, and for other purposes. (Yellow highlighted part is new words, meaning who-knows-what with this government)

Learn More -- Take Action -- Speak Out

Read the entire Bill (presently it's the text of HR 2790)

There are FOUR places to leave HOT messages about CPS, how evil and corrupt they are-

1- PopVox

2- WashingtonWatch You get to vote on it here. (waiting for them to get it on)

3- OpenCongress

My Letter to Congress: H.R.2883 Child and Family Services Extension and Enhancement Act
This is a letter to Congress sent using OpenCongress.org by user LeonardH regarding H.R.2883

4- Tell your Representatives to VOTE NO on H.R. 2883

Talking Points-

We believe this is one of the "Great Grandmothers" of the Child Abuse Industry that destroys families on the slightest pretence, no Constitutional Rights, handled in unconstitutional courts of NO Due Process, and very few lawyers who know how or WILL mount a vigorous defense for the accused.

We believe this is one of the huge hoses siphoning off money from the Social Security system, and we believe MUCH of the money is going into FRAUD.

Our figures show that anywhere between $300 Billion and One Trillion Dollars a year (or more) is going down this rathole, depending on how much of the downstream damage you include.

IF YOU AREN'T ALREADY MAD AS HELL, YOU WILL BE WHEN YOU WATCH THIS-

Alert Your Friends and Colleagues

American Family Rights Association cannot think of a single logical reason for this legislation to be renewed. The Child "Protective" System over the past 35 years has degenerated into an utter failure, a lawless tyranny, devoid of honesty or moral authority; An Organized Crime Ring.

CPS agents egregiously and routinely violate Federal Law- several of their offenses carry the Death Penalty

Frankly it is beyond time for pitchforks and torches for these TYRANTS and those who contract with them in their utterly unconstitutional Color of Law operations.

The United States is bankrupt. It's time to stop wasting hundreds of Billion$ destroying America's families (and attendant downstream damage) pretending to "rescue" kids from "Good Enough Homes".

Numerous studies have shown CPS activities do nothing but MULTIPLY the "problem", especially after the definition of "maltreatment" was expanded to include just about anything under the sun, especially CPS agent shallow, meaningless "concerns".

Some of the very things our Founding Fathers fought a war of Independence against the British for- are back upon us again:

Several of today's ongoing oppressions are listed in the Declaration of Independence such as being tried for Pretended Offenses and denial of Jury Trial. Most particularly "He has erected a Multitude of new Offices, and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harrass our People, and eat out their Substance."

Real child abuse already IS a crime. Handle it as a CRIME in Criminal court, not in the unconstitutional Family courts of NO Due Process.

We STRONGLY OPPOSE the approval of H.R. 2883. Let this nightmare of government tyrannical micro-managing and destroying families end.

Obama Forces New Hampshire to Fund Planned Parenthood

Obama Forces New Hampshire to Fund Planned Parenthood | LifeNews.com:

Late Tuesday, the Obama administration made a decision to force New Hampshire taxpayers to fund the Planned Parenthood abortion business after the state’s Executive Council voted to revoke a $1.8 million contract.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services announced it will provide the contract for family planning with Planned Parenthood directly from the federal government to the abortion business rather than routing the money through the state and letting New Hampshire officials determine who should receive the Title X grants. The council voted against funding because Planned Parenthood does abortions and its top officials earn big six-figure salaries.

Obama May Force New Hampshire to Fund Planned Parenthood

Obama May Force New Hampshire to Fund Planned Parenthood | LifeNews.com:

The battle over whether New Hampshire taxpayers will fund Planned Parenthood continues and pro-life groups are working together against a concerted effort to force the state to fund the abortion business with tax money.

As LifeNews reported days ago, it appears the Obama administration may reinstate the taxpayer funding to the abortion business that the state’s Executive Council denied earlier this year. The Obama administration, via the Health and Human Services Department, may restore part or all of the $1.8 million in taxpayer funding revoked by a majority of the members of the council.

We all know how much NH DHHS cares about children. NOT! Of course the Commissioner will side with Planned Parenthood! When will the people have their say?

Whatever it was, it wasn't 'reform'

McCook Daily Gazette: Column: Ed Howard: Whatever it was, it wasn't 'reform':

LINCOLN -- The recent fiasco resulting from Nebraska's attempt to partially privatize child welfare services is remindful of two things.
The first is that anytime government hands off an important duty to the private sector, it should be as certain as possible that things are set up to make the transition work.
