Okla. DHS panel pays scant attention to lawsuit - Houston Chronicle:
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — As more and more children die in DHS care, commissioners there have ignored an audit calling for reform, belittled a federal lawsuit alleging children are being hurt and rejected calls for special meetings to address the ongoing tragedy.
Several commissioners at Oklahoma's Department of Human Services recently admitted under oath in depositions for the class-action lawsuit that they never read or only skimmed the taxpayer-funded $420,000 audit commissioned by the state Legislature to help the agency reform its child-welfare services.

According to Fox News, employees at the daycare center reported the owner’s actions to the authorities. It was a journey Juan Diaz thought would never come to an end.
For years, the young father had searched for his son, whom he had last seen when the infant was 6 months old. "His mother moved and changed my son's name and I couldn't find him," he recalls.
Out of nowhere, he received a call from a relative with the news that his son, then 3, was in foster care.
"I started crying," said Diaz, who had been in and out of foster homes himself from age 8 through 19. "I didn't want that for my son.

....He has erected a Multitude of new Offices, and sent hither Swarms of Officers to harrass our People, and eat out their Substance.
For depriving us, in many Cases, of the Benefits of Trial by Jury:
See What Happens in the FOG
....to be tried for pretended Offences: ....waging War against us. ....destroyed the Lives of our People.
With the additional NEW feature of kidnapping our children and holding them hostage-
while putting parents through a process identical to college HAZING, allegedly In the Child's Best Interest
By forcing families to sign unconscionable Adhesion Contracts with CPS
In every stage of these Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been
answered only by repeated Injury

A man is being held for allegedly hitting his son on the head and then sewing up the wound with fishing line.
Johnathan Ashley Avery, 31, of Benson, North Carolina, was arrested on Friday and charged with felony child abuse.
Avery is accused of banging his six-year-old son over the head with a spoon, causing a three inch laceration.
