Again Utah Forces Adoption on Fit Father’s Child

Again Utah Forces Adoption on Fit Father’s Child « Fathers & Families:

The State of Utah is poised to pilfer yet another child from yet another fit father. Read about it here (Salt Lake Tribune, 9/6/11).

This time it’s Floridian Ramsey Shaud who’s the victim of a state that makes no secret of its antipathy for single fathers. There are plenty of states that make the adoption of a single father’s child against his wishes a simple matter. But none comes close to Utah’s astonishing disdain for paternal rights and due process of law. We’ve seen some real doozies in the past, but Shaud’s case may be the worst yet.

Mother's Inheritance Ends Child Support Obligation for Father

Mother's Inheritance Ends Child Support Obligation for Father | Phoenix Family Law Attorney Blog:

We seldom learn of a cases where a parent's obligation to pay child support is dropped to zero based on changed circumstances involving the mother's inheritance and the father's employment struggles. National Grandparents Day is September 11th

Grammy, Grampie and Our Stolen Grandson Austin at Canobie Lake Park

To ALL the Grandparent's out there, I hope you have a great day. I know many Grandparent's, such as I, won't be seeing ALL of our grandchildren on September 11th, due to Parental Alienation AND the corrupt CPS/DCYF and the MANY corrupt Judges. Just keep up the fight.
If it weren't for grandparent's, our grandchildren would never have been born. We have done nothing, yet we're being treated as criminals, slandered and not afforded the rights we deserve as Grandparent's. Celebrate the happy times you spent with your grandchildren. You WILL see them again. That's a promise!
To the Grandparent's who are blessed with the presence of your grandchildren, cherish the time you spend with them. You never know if and when you'll ever see them again. Grandparent's aren't treated the way they used to be.
As for the corrupt CPS/DCYF grandparents and the corrupt Judges who are grandparent's, I hope you have the worse day of your lives. You deserve some of that rotten Karma you've bestowed on grandparent's, only ten fold. The second worse day will be the day you lose your job's due to the deceitful practices you've used to tear GOOD families apart. Some day, maybe, you'll figure out money isn't everything!
