Judge Richard W Kirby he has no doubt showed his corrupted side. He is in power to destroy many childrens and families lives. He is doing that very thing to my family. We are living it. HORRIBLE!! He, Judge Richard W Kirby is one that enjoys his power. He gets a kick out of it.
It's a crying shame at how these corrupt officials can sleep at night. By their actions of keeping children in the foster care system and alienated from their families and love ones.
What is wrong with these people, have they no heart? They have family? Or are they loners?
My precious grand babies has been alienated from me the whole time they have been in the Oklahoma Foster Care System.
The Judge on down don't seem to care that my grandsons are just floating around from placement to placement and that they are in contact with their grandmother. Knowing that the children's mother isn't no longer in the picture.
Judge Richard W Kirby. DHS Tara Bone. DHS Asst DA Jane Brown and Asst PD Ryan Hauser alike continues to do their dirt by keeping my grandchildren in the system, doped up on medication and making statements that aren't true. They have labeled my grandchildren, there fore collecting more money off of them.
My grandsons are alienated, medicated, damaged and traumatized by the folks of authority in their positions. This is wrong at how they treat these children in foster care.
Foster Care isn't a place for children to be. It has to be a better solution vs causing all of this mayhem and emotional problems with our children, our grandchildren and love ones.
My grandchildren are precious children that has a loving family that wants them home.
Our government needs rebuilding. This foster care is a major major problem. Wouldn't you agree? If this continues to happen soon these agencies will be able to have monitors on our children and just pick them up regardless. It's already bad as it is. This has to come to an end. I know it will take many of us to stand together. BUT THIS HAS TO STOP.
Our precious children and grandchildren aren't safe. Once they enter into foster care, their emotional status will become deteriorated real fast. We definitely need change.
For 5 years and 5 months my precious grandchildren are still in the Oklahoma Foster Care System. They are trying to adopot them out. They want to really bad. They haven't worked with me to return my grandchildren. When I have everything ready for them. Oklahoma DHS and Judge Richard W Kirby has treated me Really Dirty. Unprofessional behavior. It's been awful.
It's my grandmotherly love to do everything in my power to get these folks investigated and reprimanded. I will not stop my fight to get my grandsons as long as I have breath in me and blood flowing through my veins and my body. I will continue in the name of love for my 5 grandsons.
My grandsons are loved, wanted and missed. They are not forgotten. Not at all.
Please pray for me and my precious grandsons as we are separated and alienated by the corrupted officials in authority. Pray for my grandsons safe return out of foster care.

The system has failed my grandchildren. It's not right for the state to continue to house them, from letting them remain in the states foster care when they have a loving grandmother that loves and want them.
The parties involved know that the children's mother, she relinquished her parental rights on 9.15.2009. DHS IS CORRUPTEE AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! SHUT DOWN!
I have been treated unfair. An injustice has taken place. Those involved are The Associate District Judge Richard W kirby. DHS Tara Bone. DHS Howard Hendrick. Asst DA Jane Brown. Asst PD Ryan Hauser.
IT'S ABOUT THE CHILDREN? OR IS IT? It's seems all to well that the only focus is on collecting money off the children that they adopt out. Foster Care isn't no place for children at all.
My grandsons, I have 5 that's in foster care. They are being alienated from me. My only contact with my grandchildren are through letters. I'm not even sure if they are receiving any of the letters that I send them.

This have hurt my grandsons tremendously. They are suffering from remaining in the system, being moved around floating going from placement to placement while being alienated from their family and love-ones. That's not in the best interest of the children.
The actions from these living and breathing human beings, whom they call themselves doing what's right are nothing but of EVIL AND CORRUPT. They aren't being successful in reuniting the families. They have and continue to destroy children and families lives and COLLECT A PROFIT while doing so.

It doesn't make a bit of sense to do this, their actions are un caused for. RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG!
The Judge he has denied, MY HABEUS CORPUS. OUT OF STATE GUARDIANSHIP. REQUEST TO ORDER DHS DO A HOME STUDY OF MY HOME. PETITION FOR ADOPTION. DENIED HOME STUDY SO I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET MY GRANDCHILDREN.
He has alienated my grandchildren. They do not have any contact with me. I'm their maternal and biological grandmother. I relocated from Reno Nevada to Oklahoma City OK in 2008.
My grandchildren are my heart. They mean the world to me. As long as I have breath in me and I am able to breathe I will not stop fighting for my grandchildren.
Oklahoma is corrupt and the dirt that's going on here truly needs to be investigated and shut down. The public officials in authority should follow the law and make sure that everyone has due process and are treated equally without prejudice and or bias.
Foster Care Rules, Regulations and Guidelines need to be carefully examined so as to make sure that all the children can be returned accordingly as they have family members and love ones that are available to take them.
Such as my grandchildren. Here I am with everything that's needed to take my grandsons in and the persons of authority in their positions are being honery and hateful just showing the devils spirit that's in them.
I am a 5 x graduate of Stratford Career Institute. I graduated with HONORS. I love education.
I don't have no felonies. I am an Army Vet. I have a home - a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home that's over 2,000 square feet. Refrigerator full of food and Deep Freezer full of meat. I love my grandchildren. I want them. I miss them. I am able to take them in and provide for them and raise them. I have the money to provide for my grandchildren. Surely isn't a problem.
My grandchildren they know that I am here in Oklahoma, however Judge Richard W Kirby, DHS Tara Bone, DHS ADA Jane Brown and Asst PD Ryan Hauser, they all has made sure that me and my grandchildren are kept apart. We haven't had any contact since 2-16-2010. That's HORRIBLE! Cruel to my grandchildren. It's emotional and damaging to my grandsons.
With all the dirt that these folks has done to families and children, Truly I wonder how do they sleep at night. I would think they would have nightmares of the corruption that they have done.
These folks position and status goes to their heads. As well as the kickbacks that's undercover that they receive for continuing to keep our children in the foster care system.
In the case with my grandsons, they have ran with it for well over 5 years. To be exact 5 years and 5 months. They are trying to drain me and break me down. But I'm not going anywhere. As long as my grandchildren are in foster care placement. I will do what ever it takes to get them brought up on charges. I will not stop. They have no respect or true family values of concerned for my grandsons, when I am here for them. They should have given me my grandsons.
It's my grandmotherly love to get them exposed. I'm not sleeping at night worrying about my grandchildren what's going on with them. My grandchildren are loved, wanted and missed. They have family.
PLEASE PRAY FOR ME AND MY GRANDCHILDREN AS WE ARE BEING VICTIMIZED BY THE SYSTEM. PLEASE PRAY FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN SAFE RETURN FROM FOSTER CARE.

Yeah well. It's August 15th. The IDES OF AUGUST. Summer is just about shot to hell, fall is coming, and then another miserable winter.
I have spent the entire summer here in front of my computer fighting CPS specifically and the Communist Turds in Power generally. Haven't gotten any wood in the woodshed yet. The 2 teenage boys just cannot pry themselves from whatever shit video game they have been playing all year long worse than a religion. They cannot self-motivate to get some work done. Apprentice manhood stuff. Learn how to do what needs to be done. Preparing for winter and hard times. The Aesop Ant and the Grasshopper story. Oh knerffing well.
A couple weeks ago, my home health care guy brought a recording oxygen pulse meter and told me the state of Orygun new Obammycare bureaucrats had decided that people like me have to PROVE we need Social Security Medicare (or whatever the hell communist agency is supposed to be helping on those bills).
Specifically, the requirement was that I had to sleep one night with my finger in this clamp to record what happened to my Blood O2 level overnight WITHOUT supplied oxygen.
Never mind that the EMTs had to haul my sorry near-dead ass out of here on a stretcher in early May with a blood O2 level of 65%. Never mind that I already had an Oxygen Concentrator machine ever since 2007 and I sent it back because my previous home health care guys were absolute crooks and they were using ME to commit FRAUD against Medicare. As if there hasn't already been a pandemic of FRAUD against Medicare done under my name such as the local hospital KILLING ME with Morphene under the guise of Oregon Pain Management. I was NEVER in any pain. The dope is AUTOMATIC. It's the FIRST THING THEY THINK OF. That event required them to ship me by ambulance (Bill $8,500) from THEIR private hospital to the Guantanamo Prison-like Oregon State Hospital University. I think I did see some bills for that whole event totaling close to a quarter million dollars. Or else I imagined it while higher than a kite on OPM dope.
I did sleep about 2 hours that night, and when I woke up, the meter was reading 71%. So I am guessing it was probably lower than that that when I was asleep. Maybe I keep my Oxygen Concentrator? Don't know yet. I haven't even figured out yet whose moronic communist ass to chew for that. Welcome to Obammycare. Sonsabitches.
Every day I get a phone call from one of several collection agency wondering when I AM gonna pay one of the hospital bills for me, my wife, or her youngest son from my $800 a month disability check. They keep reading from their script as if they think I have spare thousand dollar greenbacks in my wallet. I am asking if they understand the meaning of NO MONEY. They threaten me with "this will go on your Credit Report", to which I reply HOW THE HELL IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS DO YOU IMAGINE YOU COULD HURT MY Credit Report? HuH? Do you have NO CONCEPT OF BROKE. B-R-O-K-E??
But I digress.
Today, the first thing I got in my email was a HUGE story of somebody's life who had just heard about ME, and somehow being considered the SAVIOR of CPS victim parents. Yeah well. I am NOT your Savior. I am merely a guy CPS attacked egregiously because of the Criminal Thug behaviors of a mentally ill teen age stepson. I had NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with any of that kid's behavior choices. I had NO POWER over him because he has been protected from the consequences of BAD BEHAVIOR CHOICES his entire life. You NEVER cross a mother bear, no matter how rotten her cub is.
Again, I digress.
Writing your life story and sending it to me is NOT the solution to your problem. There's not a heck of a lot I can personally do about YOUR CPS nightmare. Well that's not exactly true. I COULD DO SOMETHING about YOUR CPS problem, but that's called "Unlicensed Practice of Law" (UPL).
NO, I cannot DO your learning curve and legal work for you.
YOU have to invest the TIME yourself and LEARN HOW to DIY Law. The knowledge will serve you well the rest of your life. And then YOU can TEACH OTHERS how to DIY Law too. I am not going to be around forever to hold your fragile pink hand and gently prod you to LEARN HOW to Do It Yourself.
It's a big, rough, dirty, nasty world out there of cut-throats, liars, and thieves. Kidnappers and Extortionists. Nasty people in power. Nasty people in your neighborhood. Nasty people in your government. It's Fight or Flee.
Helpless, Incompetent Snivelers and Whiners not needed. Be dumb and helpless and you will make yourself expendable. There are plenty of professional scam artists out there to eliminate you and yours from the gene pool. This ain't your Grandparent's America any more. Dream the American Dream while these predators steal your lunch. And your kids.

HR 2790 is being sponsored by a RINO Republican. What an ideal thing for the Dimocrats to oppose on party lines- A chance to oppose something communist on the general principle that the Dimocrats aren't sponsoring their OWN communist program.
I am still pissed. Writing this didn't cure me. Maybe I NEED YOUR HELP. Make Leonard feel less pissed. Leonard wants about a million CPS workers unemployed. Leonard actually wants a bunch of CPS agents in Prison and Death Row for their Federal Crimes.
Help save Leonard from the SIN of saying so many cuss words and endangering his Sense of Well-Being. If you won't do it for YOUR KIDS, your family, YOURSELF- Then do it to make Leonard "Feel Better".
