Tennessee Woman Charged With Rape And Murder Of Toddler
Police in West Tennessee have charged a 24-year-old woman with the rape and murder of a 17-month-old girl.
Molly Jane Roe of Bells, a small city located 150 miles southwest of Nashville, has been in police custody since last Thursday. Roe was initially charged with aggravated child abuse, but those charges were upgraded Sunday, following the toddler's death.

Man Sends Letter To Newspaper Before Setting Himself On Fire - New Hampshire News Story - WMUR New Hampshire
KEENE, N.H. -- A man who set himself on fire in front of a courthouse in Keene sent a letter to a local newspaper before he died.
Thomas Ball, 58, of Holden, Mass., died after setting himself on fire in front of the Cheshire County Courthouse in Keened on Wednesday. Witnesses said they tried to help him, but he didn't seem to want any help.

The Children Act 1989 was the result of a comprehensive review of the law as it affected children, and now encompasses almost the whole of the civil law in that area with the exception of that which relates to adoption or education. It largely replaced a variety of earlier statutes, responded to public concern over child abuse (which in a few well-publicised cases had led to the child's death, and in others to the removal of children from their homes on doubtful evidence), and acknowledged the growing emphasis on children's rights as set out in the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

SALEM – The Senate approved landmark legislation today that will implement a new approach to taking care of children who qualify for child welfare services. Senate Bill 964 requires the Department of Human Services and its county partners to implement Strengthening, Preserving and Reunifying Families (SPRF) programs. These programs provide services and support to help keep families together when appropriate and safe, avoid or limit a child’s placement in foster care, and ensure safety and stability when a child is returned home. “We have seen tremendous success with this approach to taking care of our kids in Southern Oregon,” said Senator Alan Bates (D-Medford), chief sponsor of the bill. “Through this program, foster care placements have been halved, there is less risk of continued abuse, and a lower risk of children re-entering the child welfare system.”

* Judges are prevented from ordering 'joint custody' which forces families
who would not have been in litigation, to fight one another for 'fullcustody'.
AMERICAN'S DENIED RIGHT TO VOTE FOR COUNTY JUDGES.WE NEVER GAVE UP OUR RIGHT TO VOTE- IT WAS STRIPPED FROM US!!
*Assigned family court judges:
~ Are 'double-dipping' (abusing tax payer dollars).
~ Family / juvenile court judges pretend to 'retire' from the bench.
~ The same judge is then 'assigned' to hear cases in the family courts and
are paid approximately $485.00 per day (taxpayer $$).
~ Due to the fact they are now 'assigned' judges- we cannot vote them off
the bench regardless of their violations because we did not vote them tothe judicial position.
~ The only criteria for being an assigned judge is to have left the bench (ingood standing) which means- they did not get voted out of office.
*THE SCAM: When a family court judge realizes they may lose an election, they simply pretend to retire and are immediately eligible for LIFETIME JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENTS. Lifetime is supposed to be limited to Federal Court Judges NOT lower court judges (aka; Family / Juvenile Court Judges).
* Court appointed guardian ad litem aka; 'GAL';
~ Intentionally drag-out / delay out cases for extreme profits to them.
~ No cap on fee's after the 1st affidavit requesting more fee's is granted.
~ Parents cannot claim bankruptcy against fee's of GAL and GAL's have
immunity from prosecution.
~ Itemized fee bills of the guardian-ad-litem are not disclosed to theparties to a case nor are GAL fee's paid by the state (aka; tax payers).
* Unjust Paternity laws are preventing biological parents from theirchildren.
* Child support system needs complete overhaul including;
Parents who lose their jobs, lose their drivers license -preventingparents from getting to a new job to pay support.
* Secret courts:
~ Family / Juvenile Courts - must be opened to the public.
~ Secret courts and gag-orders, are against our legal rights. ~ Prevent justice from being served- they protect no one.
* Ex parte court orders are severely abused by courts, often protecting theabuser.
* Parental alienation is most often 'rewarded' and alienator's are not heldaccountable.
* Perjury- has unjustly become very acceptable in the family / juvenile
courts to the level that it is 'expected' and violators are not heldaccountable.
* Some laws need to be enforced.
* Some laws need to be revised.
* Some need to be abolished.

For every $1 the state currently invests in the Foster Grandparent program, it gets $14 in federal and other funding for the state’s struggling children and low-income seniors. Loss of this program would mean a loss of $665,700 in federal funds for New Hampshire.
