Pound Puppies were originally a line of adorable stuffed doggies who "desperately needed a home." Much like the concept behind the Cabbage Patch dolls, the toy makers used the adoption angle to sell Pound Puppies like mad. After a TV special aired in 1985, the Puppies became so popular that they were given their own weekly show the following season.
The show featured pups Cooler (the leader), Howler (the inventor), Bright Eyes (the youngster), Whopper (the comic relief), and Nose Marie (the beautiful but conceited Southern Belle). The five pooches operated a computer- controlled underground facility that matched up needy dogs with loving families.
For every child that was removed from an abusive home,
SEVENTEEN were stolen from perfectly good homes for contrived reasons.

To remove children with no proof of any wrong doing then interview children in order to manipulate them into saying what a corrupt system requires them to say to justify the wrongdoing they have committed? Foster Parents Is it harm to not have the opportunity to face our accuser in a court of law? Is it harm to place us on a Child Abuse Registry without due process? Is it not willful disregard to our rights to call lack of due process lawful? What is your opinion of the questions above?

Law enforcement personnel should investigate abuse allegations, public health nurses should help at-risk families before abuse or neglect occurs, and social workers should be involved in counseling and helping families, but not investigating crime, Dr. Abraham B. Bergman of Harborview Medical Center in Seattle writes in an editorial in this months' issue of Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. Read entire article.
FPLS happens to agree with this. This organization is disruptive, has become a business of tearing families apart throughout the United States. We were looking at malfeasance of office we found within the definition the words unlawful act wrongdoing, public trust by a public official. The word law means guidelines enforced. Therefore unlawful would be a violation of one of these rules and/or guidelines this system enforces.
Why unlawful; no warrant served CPS workers think they are above needing one, no Miranda rights read, and in the case of foster parents no due process.
Now let us continue;
Question; are there any similarities with what is going on today in CPS? Unqualified persons, such as inexperienced social workers can twist a child’s words to verify the abuse actually took place, when in fact it did not. This child has unknowingly innocently admitted to something that never took place. The system has to prove that they acted in good faith so verification of abuse forced upon innocent children. One must ask the question then how does this affect the child?
Suddenly everyone is listening, rthe child ealizes these people seem to perk up, using words they want them to say; inappropriate touch. The child not understanding these words recognizes the importance. They have heard words like this used by their teacher, police officers visiting their school, the child say’s this word touch, hey works well.
This child does not realize that she/he has just ruined her parent’s lives, or that she will spend the rest of her life until eighteen in the hands of strangers, what this child has learned; manipulation of those around her through key words gaining attention from the adults around her. What have we just taught this child? It is all right to lie as long as it gains the attention that you want or what you want.
Remember our definition of Malice, Baron’s dictionary; “the state of mind that accompanies the intentional wrong doing of a wrongful act without justification and in wanton or willful disregard of the plain likelihood that harm will result.

Question; in our attempt to protect childdren have we now unleashed a greedy green eyed monster upon these children and their parents? Has the entity created to protect instead become a multi billion dollar business, an outlet to sell a commodity much in demand. Is CPS committing violations usurping the rights of our citizens?
Important words defined; malfeasance, malice, misuse of and even maliciousness of office. Did you read our article called Malice of office. Please read the article. Now let us give a brief description of two words;
2. Malice ; intentional wrong doing of a wrongful act without justification with disregard harm will result or when the maker recklessly disregards the truth or falsity of it
3. Malicious arrest/ Malicious prosecution; an action recovery of damages that have resulted to person, property or reputation from previous successful civil or criminal proceedings that were prosecuted without probable cause and with malice. (Definitions from Barron’s).
Example given; Martha wants to persuade her estranged husband Eugenio to pay her a generous alimony and child support. She contrives a story, which she tells the local prosecutor, connecting Eugenio with child abuse. Her misuse of the criminal process is an example of malicious prosecution, for which Eugenio may be able to sue her.
Definition; A tort, in common law jurisdictions, is a wrong that involves a breach of a civil duty owed to someone else. It is differentiated from criminal wrongdoing, which involves a breach of a duty owed to society. Wikipedia

Foster parents are a vital link in this chain, the last link in a once solid chain directly tied to the reunification of thousands of families.
Although intervention is it at times necessary for the well-being of children neglected and/or abused in biological parents homes this has mushroomed into what is now a national crisis.
Question; is it logical that more parents in America are abusive today, or is it more logical that the definition of abuse has expanded to accommodate an entity pursuing a billion dollar commodity and they are in fact the abusers?
