Ms Justice Maureen Clark heard in the High Court that Stella Omoregie and her baby daughter, Favour, were among a large group of failed asylum seekers being deported to Nigeria on December 15 when their plane got into difficulties and was forced to land in Athens."

The "Christmas Visit"
To many families the Christmas holidays spell a time of sorrow, sadness, and loss. From children who are being abused and/or neglected, either in the family home or in foster care to child protection agencies more concerned about their bureaucracy than they are about broken hearts and family devastation.
For a month, the mother of four had been planning the best Christmas for her family she could. The eldest child, uncontrollable, was in foster care, the three others in her care and her loving husband, the children's father forbidden to see the children because of suspicion of molestation, neither proven nor substantiated.
But all arrangements were made and the father was being permitted to come home for Christmas day and be with the children, the eldest would also be home for that special day, under supervision. However, only a few days before the big event, a new family services worker was appointed to this family and she was adamantly opposed to the father or the eldest child attending the family home for this big event. The mother was crushed by this sudden announcement, but this family worker didn't seem to care one little bit.
I find myself wondering, as this woman, this worker, this person sits down with her parents, family, and friends, on this most auspicious day, to the turkey dinner, and loving conversation, if she had given one single thought to the number of family dinners, family days, and family events she ruined, as par for the course of her work with the Children's Aid Society of Hamilton.
I mean we're not talking about children who were badly abused, neglected, and/or molested on numerous occasions. We're talking about one single allegation of molestation that has not been substantiated with any kind of real evidence, and a wild child who made this allegation in the first place. One would think, in the spirit of Christmas, this worker would loosen the bureaucratic chains that bind this family on this one day, if for no other reason that to see what, if anything, would happen, as a result.
But no. To this woman, this family is but a number on some manila folder of some kind. A file posted on a computer somewhere and doesn't really mean one single thing to her at all. My guess... She didn't give a single solitary thought about this family, who's big day she ruined, as she sat, and laughed, and felt the joy and love of the season with family and friends.
Woe to those who do not share this special time of the season with others...

Message to Families of Children Victimized While in New Hampshire DHHS Custody
I am looking for families of children victimized and killed while in New Hampshire DHHS custody. Also, children who died while under the states watch. The statistic's in New Hampshire are kept hidden. Probably to make people think that harm doesn't come to children while in the care of NH DHHS. It happen's all over our Nation and NH is no better.
New Hampshire MUST have Transparency. Our Government and the people of this Nation have a right to know NH DHHS's hidden secret's. I am aware of a few children who were victimized and died in state care, as well as children who died in their homes under the states watch, but the hidden stories need to be told.
Former foster children are welcome to reply with horror stories also.

After going into the chart of spent money (monthly expenditure report) and scrolling down to the Dept. of Health and Human Services for the month of November 2010, Notice how NOTHING is spent on DCYF Prevention Program's for our children and families. A large amount of money is being spent on foster care and adoption instead.
Like I and many other's have been saying all along, THERE IS NO FAMILY PRESERVATION IN NEW HAMPSHIRE! Here's the PROOF!

DCYF's cohort Hospital in Nashua,NH is no better. A newborn baby is kept in the hospital for a month, being drugged with morphine for supposed withdrawls, after the mother was given a morphine IV in labor for nineteen hour's. There were no withdrawl symptom's. And if there were, Narcon should have been given to counteract the morphine. Isn't this also Medicaid fraud? But of course, due to DCYF involvement, NO investigation!

Action news has uncovered cases of foster kids who are loved and cared for by family members, but are still taken away – a heart-wrenching saga of children stranded in the system. The Martins were Jakes foster parents when their niece couldnt care for the little boy. Action News was there the gut-wrenching day little Jake was taken from the only family he has ever known – that was likely last time they would see him. Renee Neals step grandson Immanuel has been in her care since he was born. Now, hes gone. Neal will likely never see him again. Richard McNeil had hoped to adopt his great grandsons. But the state took them away. Records show the state admits all these children were loved and well cared for, but in each case the state decided the kids would be better off with someone else. The man who makes those decisions is Bill Johnson. He heads the Michigan Childrens Institute.
