The Dcyf Lawyers perjure themselves in court, along with the caseworkers. They take children illegally. They do not provide services to at-risk families. They don't place children with relatives or even consider relatives. They place the children immediately in foster care so Federal funding kicks right in. There are no reasonable efforts or any efforts at all made by DCYF to reunite families. They drug the children when the children become violent thanks to be taken away from their entire families, then they say the child has ADHD even though you have all proof why the child was put on drugs.
They keep the children away from their grandparents and other relatives when they have done nothing wrong. Caseworkers split up married couples and then visit the husband on nights and weekends. When the parents prove their innocence, their children are still not returned. When they do everything their court-ordered to do, the Caseworker goes into court and lies to the Judge, even though all paperwork including call logs prove different. When a child is bi-racial, but looks white, the caseworkers tell the parent not to tell anybody. Could the reason be because white children are worth more to them than bi-racial children? They terminate rights of the wrong men even after their told all information on the father. so in all actuality, the fathers rights are no terminated, and the children are adopted illegally. This is a picture of my grandson Austin Knightly doped up by the state in an orphanage.
