I am convinced that whatever a carrying mother puts into her body the results on the fetus/baby will be deleterious. There is a study reported in Ethical Human Psychology (Vol 10, Number 1, 2008) that when a pregnant mother takes ordinary tranquilizers such as Prozac so Paxil she could be harming her baby. The investigators looked at mothers who took the serotonin-enhancing tranquilizers and found that the offspring had serious brain and body changes. It was linked to several afflictions, not the least of which were changes in the structure of the brain. When depressed mothers took those pills the offspring suffered from pulmonary hypertension, meaning that the baby had a hard time catching her breath. She could not get enough oxygen in her lungs. (The critical period was in the first trimester).

Serotonin is very important in brain development, and what these pills do is interfere with that development, culminating in possible withdrawal symptoms in the new-born:. Pure muscle tone, poor sleep patterns, respiratory distress and other factors. This is to say nothing of later effects on depression and suicidal ideation. So it is not benign to take a seemingly banal drug while carrying. What is important here is that it sets the stage for later addiction to drugs. The gap between uterine life and later behavioral effects can be decades, which is why it is so hard to detect. So a mother taking drugs to alleviate depression could be setting up depression and the need for uppers in the offspring. The baby can be born depressed; that is, she is low on alerting chemicals such as dopamine. Her whole system has been in suppress mode since entering planet earth.

New Castle, PENN. (WABC) -- This is a story that will likely outrage many moms. Liz Mort gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, but the next day, police and child protective services in Pennsylvania came to her home and took the infant from her - all because of a bagel.
Liz Mort says she never saw it coming.
"I was shocked. I was at a loss for words. I just started crying," she said.

Well that's one child returned in the state of NH! What will it take to get the rest of the illegally stolen children back with their families? Will the Media step in and keep reporting the abuses of DCYF, or will they again back down and quit what they've started? Hopefully they will keep it up and help all the families in this state.
Thank you Oath Keeper's and the Media for a job well done! You gave this family a happy ending!

As you know the baby of John Irish and his fiancee Stephanie was taken 16 hours after her birth. She was taken in part because of association with Oath keepers (as is clear from the Court order, which adopted the CPS agent’s entire affidavit as the Court’s “findings of fact” and reasons for the order. Another “reason” given by CPS, and adopted by the Court in its “findings of fact”, was gun ownership.
The time is now to stand up and protect the rights of all all parents to freedom of association and freedom to keep and bear arms. A parent’s political associations and acts of free speech should never be listed as reason to take their children away. Likewise, gun ownership is not ipso facto child endangerment. Stand up for their rights and yours too. Join us.
We will be holding a rally in support of the First Amendment protected right of freedom of association, and the Second Amendment protected right to keep and bear arms, to be held:

The rally will be held from 12PM to 4PM
Stewart will be there, and he is calling on all Oath Keepers, all who “associate” with us, and on all other organizations that stand for the Constitution and for liberty to be there for a peaceful gathering in support of both the due process rights of the parents (who have a hearing there, on that day), and in support of the rights of free speech and association, free from persecution, and the right to keep and bear arms, for ALL Americans.
There will be many other organizations and individuals there standing up in defense of First Amendment protected right of association for everyone.
Film-maker Gary Franchi, of Restore the Republic, will be there to film the event. Sons of Liberty Riders will be there, New Hampshire, we expect that some members of the Free State Project will attend (and any and all are welcome), and more groups will be there in support for this crucial issue.
We need you there. If you live within a 1000 mile radius, you should be at this rally. If not now, when? If not you, then who? If this use of political association as a “reason” to take kids is not put down hard, now, then no family will be safe.

There is troubling news on this story. Johnathan and Stephanie went to visit their child today. Details are a bit sketchy at this point, but Cheyenne is reportedly losing consciousness, bleeding out of her private parts, and has not gained weight.
Update from the Free Baby Cheyenne Facebook Group:
“Pirra Milan EMERGENCY PROTEST AT CONCORD HOSPITAL AND DCYF’S OFFICES!!! JOHNATHAN AND STEPHANIE WERE AT A VISIT. BABY CHEYENNE WOULDN’T WAKE UP! THEY CHANGED HER DIAPER AND BLOOD WAS EVERYWHERE! SHE WAS RUSHED BY AMBULANCE TO THE HOSPITAL! THEY AREN’T ALLOWING THE PARENTS IN!!”
Update (2:30 p.m.) Baby Cheyenne is currently being transported by sheriff’s deputies from the hospital to a sexual abuse specialist on the recommendation of the ER doctor. The baby has regained consciousness, and the sheriff has taken custody of the child from DCYF.
As the story unfolds, the allegations levied by DCYF at the parents of baby Cheyenne, related to this and the previous taking of her kids, do not seem to implicate Johnathan or Stephanie.
They are currenly getting the police report in hopes that it will clear up the allegations.
Update 20:00 BST (15:00 CST)
Baby Cheyenne has been taken to a sexual assault speciality Doctor under police escort. The sheriff is with the baby. Stephanie and Jonathan are following them, along with CPS. Baby Cheyenne is ‘fussy’, going in and out of consciousness, and when she is awake doesn’t want any one touching her, which shows the level of her injuries and distress.
Update 20:16 BST (15:16 CST)
Baby Cheyenne has been taken out of CPS custody by the sheriff, who has taken over the whole case. She is being seen by a sexual abuse specialist. There were also abrasions on her vaginal area.
