NH families are requesting an audit of NH DHHS/DCYF. A list of points has been put together by NH families to show how much an audit is duly warranted in this state.

1) thorough investigation of skillset/mindset/educational backgrounds/experience of the NH DCYF caseworkers, supervisors and subcontracted staff, to determine if NH DCYF staff (and subcontracted staff) are capable of the determinations that they make for children taken into NH DCYF custody and of the decisions regarding the families of those children

2) indepth investigation of the actions of NH DCYF caseworkers,supervisors, lawyers and subcontracted staff upon taking *children away from their families and placing the children* into "protective custody," and proof that the child in NH DCYF custody is kept safe and that all actions of NH DCYF are soley in the best interest of the child, instead of in the best interest of NH DCYF staff.

3) an in-depth investigation to study the damages that NH DCYF has caused to children and their families, resulting from NH DCYF allegations of parents and families of the children/youth in "protective custody"

3A) That a yearly clinical study needs to be done on each child that NH DCYF takes into custody and places outside of the family to assess the damage and trauma the child has suffered while in DCYF custody, until the child reaches 18 years of age (21 years of age for disabled children) or until DCYF returns the child to his/her family

4) an in-depth investigation to study NH DCYF's failure to ensure continued proper assessment and medical/mental health treatment of the children in the system

5) an in-depth investigation to study NH DCYF's failure to place children with relatives prior to placing children in foster homes

6) an in-depth investigation to study NH DCYF's actions to abuse their authority within the NH judicial. legal, healthcare, medical and school system (this includes and is not limited to: stalling court ordered testing of a child in NH DCYF custody, stalling homestudies, stalling homestudy results and incomplete home studies in order to keep a child in NH DCYF custody, gaining further power via abusing exparte hearings to make false allegations against a parent/family of a child taken into NH DCYF custody, abusing their authority to access medical and healthcare records of a child (or of the child's family) prior to being taken into NH DCYF custody, NH DCYF caseworkers influencing healthcare and medical professionals in order to obtain a slanted 2nd opinion or what should have been a neutral professional opinion, NH DCYF abusing their power to cover up a child's special needs in order to create a false picture that the child is making progress while in NH DCYF custody when in fact the child is not making progress, delaying the child's IEP testing, etc ) and medicating foster children with psychiatric medication for violent behavior, without the parents consent. Behavior the child never experienced until taken from his/her family.

6A) an indepth investigation as to actions and influence of NH DYCF regarding the result/finding of homestudies and the decision/denial of homestudy appeals filed by families to the Administrative Appeals Unit

7) an in-depth investigation to study NH DCYF's actions that failed to follow court orders. IE: court ordered visitation, acting within the timeframes as required by law for any and all actions and decisions regarding children in the system as well as the families of those children

8) an in-depth investigation to study allegations made by NH DCYF's staff to schools, medical professionals, health care professionals, relatives, etc about parents/families of children in NH DCYF custody

9) an in-depth investigation to study NH DCYF's falsifying any type of document and withholding evidence that might be a contradiction of such NH DCYF false allegations and might clear the parent/family of the false allegations made by NH DCYF: This includes and is not limited to: falsifying information on birth certificates in order to promote adoption of a child in NH DCYF custody, false statements and manipulation of facts in order to take a child into NH DCYF custody, false statements in order to obtain social security monies, false statements in order to gain further federal or state monies and false statements to Judges without proof of allegations in order to remove a child from their parents.

10) an in-depth investigation to study how monies were obtained by NH DCYF from the families of the children in protective custody and an audit to the penny of all monies spent by NH DCYF/NH DHHS

11) an in-depth investigation to study the extent of NH DCYF's "double billing" to gain additional funding from the Government, from the State and from families of children in NH DCYF custody

12) an in-depth investigation for a complete audit that will include how every penny of foster care monies was spent on each child in NH DCYF custody

13) an in-depth investigation for determination of financial damages caused by NH
DCYF to the families of those children taken fraudalently by NH DCYF

14) an in-depth investigation for determination of physical, social, psychological, emotional damages caused to the children and to the families of children in NH DCYF custody

15) an in-depth investigation for determination of the extent that NH DCYF has alienated children from their families, including the extent that NH DCYF has alienated the parent from the child in NH DCYF custody

16) an in-depth investigation to study NH DCYF's actions as abuse and neglect of children in NH DCYF's custody (IE: as those children were and are entitled to freedom to practice the same religion that they practiced prior to being taken into NH DCYF custody, children who were not considered to be placed with relatives instead of being placed into foster care, children who were denied the right to prompt IEP testing within the allotted timeframe from the moment that IEP testing was requested of NH DCYF in writing by the guardian or parent of the child in NH DCYF custody, prompt and proper evaluation and treatment of mental, physical and psychiatric illness of the children in NH DCYF custody, and an indepth review of the medications that were given to the children in NH DCYF custody with a full explanation as to the reason for each medication given, the right of the child to spend time with their family, the social and emotional and physical trauma or injury caused to the child as a direct result of the child being taken into NH DCYF custody: this includes and is not limited to: children placed in foster care or in other settings, any bruises, open skin areas, broken bones, fall/accidents, hospitalizations, broken teeth, signs/symptoms of anxiety or depression including suicide attempts of each and every child during the time that the child is in NH DCYF custody)

17) an indepth investigation to determine if NH DCYF has acted on behalf or in violation of our constitution

The Rights of Grandparents and Adoptions
Adopting a grandchild or grandchildren is a noble and caring gesture for any grandparent. There are several situations in which a grandparent in Indiana can adopt a grandchild. Some children, as adults and parents, can become ill, get caught up in bad behavior, such as drinking and driving and get into other trouble with the law. Indiana court systems will grant custody to a grandparent rather than put the child or children into foster care.

The Beginning: Child in Need of Services

Initially, the Indiana court will order the child to be in need of social services. Indiana Child Protection Services will then attempt to locate a family member, beginning with a grandparent. The grandparents will then become legal guardians.

In November of 1999, I acquired an enormous amount of paperwork from retired FBI Senior Special-Agent-In-Charge Ted L. The Finders
The kidnapping of children for purposes of prostitution, pornography, high tech weaponry experimental abuse, mind control abuse, child slave labor for underground alien-controlled facilities, white sex slavery, and the satanic ritual murder of untold thousands of American children snatched from the streets and playgrounds of America by agents working for the CIA is the principle reason for the existence of a covert CIA operation called "The Finders". The Finders is one of the most alarming and despicable covert operations against America's children that Gunderson's investigations helped to uncover, but it's only one of many covert Gestapo-like acts committed against American citizens by government agents under directives issued, not by Congress or the President, but rather by international satanists collectively known as the Illuminati, who control the Secret or Inner government of the United States as well as every other major government in the world. The "Finders" operation began in the 1960's and continues kidnapping children to this very day.

Dr. Jeffrey R. MacDonald
Soon after after retiring from the FBI in March of 1979 , Ted began looking more deeply into cases of satanic murder activity after becoming convinced of the innocence of a young Army medical doctor, Dr. Jeffrey R. MacDonald, who was falsely convicted in August, 1979 of the murder of his wife and two young daughters (5 year old Kimberly, and 2 year old Kristen MacDonald) in a bloody and grisly satanic style murder scene that took place in their home in the early morning hours of Feb. 17, 1970 on Ft. Bragg Army base in North Carolina. The murders were in fact committed by a local satanic group of drug users (referred to as "hippies" in the newspapers at the time) which included five active duty army men who had targeted the MacDonald family because Dr. MacDonald was perceived by this group of GI drug users as a "snitch"; as MacDonald and other army doctors were adhering to the base commander's new policy (at the time) of reporting the names of Army personnel who were being admitted to the base Emergency Room for overdosing on heroin and other serious drugs .

What happened next to Jeffrey MacDonald is nothing short of the greatest case of malicious prosecution and injustice in modern history.

The Franklin Cover-Up
The participation of persons of high position in satanic rituals and child prostitution in the Omaha, Nebraska was revealed in the 1992 book, The Franklin Cover-Up, by former state senator and attorney, John DeCamp. Ted Gunderson provided a substantial amount of investigative assistance to John DeCamp in uncovering the story. McMartin Preschool
Ted played a formidable role in the exposure of the satanic/sexual cover-up in the McMartin Preschool case (Manhattan Beach, California) which had involved over 450 children in the 3-5 year old range over a period of years. The story occupied national headlines for most of the 1980's and, once again, prosecutors were anxious to sabotage the investigation to conceal the identity of powerful and well connected pedophiles who were abusing these kids at off site locations and had them returned to the school before the parents arrived to pick up their children. The CIA created a front group called The False Memory Syndrome Foundation (FMSF) to debunk, reticule, and defame victims (and their advocates) of Satanic Ritual Abuse, pedophilic sexual abuse, and CIA cult mind control activities. The board members of FMSF reads like a Who's Who of CIA contractors and 'consultants'. Incredibly, Peter and Pamela Freyd , executive directors of the FMSF along with FMSF founder, Dr. Ralph Underwager, have fallen from public grace because they, themselves, have been involved in the very abuse that they claim is a result of 'false' memory' on the part of very young children. Art Bell
These stories and others that Ted has investigated will be covered here, but for the time being, however, I'll need to devote my time to expounding on another covert CIA "operation": the smearing of Ted Gunderson's name & reputation by using a national radio talk show host named Art Bell.

Since much of Ted's research and talks have centered on CIA involved operations (including the Oklahoma City Bombing), the CIA is likely a little upset with Ted and probably would like to see him permanently retired, but Ted apparently has friends in "high places" too, since, to date, he's managed to thwart six attempts on his life.

So, if Ted won't lay down in the 'usual' manner, how does his Langley pals get the public to ignore what he has to say?

Simple. They kick in their standard Plan B takedown operation: Smear and Discredit.

It works like this: reduce your critic to an unbelievable, disreputable, irresponsible 'conspiracy nut' who no one much likes anyway because you keep "hearing" bad things about him.

So, how do they go about doing that?

Well, they set up a "scenario" and then use chumps to play the parts. It's sort of like making a movie. First you get the script writers in one of those fancy Langley offices to lay out the Plot and the Players. Then you gather your cast, except the cast members usually don't recognize that they're part of a cast because most of them are getting their lines (instructions) delivered straight into their subconscious mind via a little technique called mind control, having already been prepped for the job earlier in life with either trauma-based conditioning programs (satanic ritual abuse (SRA) being a common vehicle) or with the newer all-electronic mind control methods employing Montauk Project style conditioning (covert Montauk 'training centers' are presently established in most major cities throughout North America-according to Al Bielek), and finally raise the curtain on Act One, Scene One. The 'stage' in this case is the American landscape with Lighting, Sound, and Special Effects provided by mainstream media and CIA/NSA/FBI orchestrators.

In Ted's case, Act One opened on April 1, 2000, which is also known as April Fool's Day (those clever rascals! Is this poetry or what!). On that date, Art Bell announced to his millions of radio listeners (including me) that he was leaving radio for good at the end of the April because his life had been "devastated" by the deplorable conduct of one Ted Gunderson and David Hinkson. Since then, Ted's Play has been moving right along. New characters have been introduced and the Plot has taken a few surprising turns; web sites have been created to Dump on Gunderson; articles have appeared in national magazines like People's; affidavits have been submitted to the Tennessee court, and newspaper stories abound.

All in all, it's quite a production, but you'll be able to read all the juicy behind-the-scenes news right here as we review this production in its entirety, analyzing the plot, the producers, the promoters, and the actors...especially the bit players with names like Robert Ghostwolf. • Article 12. - No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, FAMILY, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
• Article 16(3) - The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.
• Article 25(1) - Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control. (2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Every child born has an inalienable right to remain safely with the mother and/or father who conceived and/or bore him/her, as well as to know any other genetic/DNA contributors.

Every expectant mother has the right to protect, care for and maintain her bond with her child and deserves every possible opportunity, resource, option, and help to do so.

Every mother and father, regardless of age, race, marital status, finances, or physical disadvantage has the right to parent their child above any others. This connection should not be severed without due cause for the protection and safety of the child, and only after all means of addressing the problems of the family unit have been exhausted.

Placing a child in the care of adults to whom the child is not related is a last resort option to be used only when there are no extended family members able and willing to provide care for the child related to them. If and when such care is necessary, the child requiring such care should be immediately appointed a court-appointed guardian ad litem to ensure the best interest of the child is placed at the forefront of identifying appropriate substitute family care.

It is not in best interest of children placed with non-family members to be deprived of their names or their connection with their original family. They should be allowed unlimited visitation and contact with all blood relatives, with necessary supervision to prevent harm when deemed by the court as necessary. Depriving a child access to visitation with any blood relatives should be punishable by law.

Mothers and fathers in crisis need to receive objective family-centered option counseling and all the resources, referrals, and support needed to remain as an intact family and protected from fraud, coercion and exploitation for the purpose of separating them from their child.

Mothers and fathers of a child requiring substitute care should be provided separate legal counsel to be fully aware of their rights and recourse. Such counsel should be paid for by a tax or fee paid into a general fund and not directly from substitute guardian to the child's parent.

Children are not commodities, and no profit should be made by any individuals or agencies involved in necessary custodial placements for children in need.

No policies that promote or encourage the separation or abandonment of parent a child are consistent with a moral culture.

Current adoption practice focuses on filling the demands of paying clients who seek infants, instead of focusing on the best interest of vulnerable children. The privatization of American infant adoption has turned what once was a social institution for providing care of orphans and children who have no parents - into a multi-billion dollar unregulated industry run by untrained, unlicensed, unregulated practitioner/baby brokers and intermediaries whose livelihood is dependent on the redistribution of children with non-related strangers.


Worldwide 80-90% of children in orphanages are NOT orphans, but have family who visit and hope to be reunited, as was was the case with both children adopted by Madonna. "Rescuing" children through international adoption, one by one, does nothing to ameliorate the poverty of their families, their village or their nation. Neither does it help reduce the number of children in American foster care.

Family Presrvation does NOT advocate:
forcing any mother who does not want her child to parent said child.
allowing children to remain in abusive or severely neglectful homes or dangerous situation

(CBS/AP) The suicide of 7-year-old Gabriel Myers in April 2009 was tragic in and of itself, and now a new report set to be released by the Gabriel Myers Work Group - appointed by Department of Children & Families Secretary George Sheldon to investigate Gabriel's death - says that, with a little oversight by counselors and communication between caregivers, it could have been prevented.
The task force says that Florida's welfare agency should develop an alert system to better monitor children with sexual behavior issues. It also suggests that the Department of Children and Families should establish a statewide database tracking children with sexual behavior issues.

Wednesday's 28-page report is the second from the task force. The first report focused on the increasing and possibly overwhelming use mental-health drugs to control unruly foster children, according to the Miami Herald. The first report stated that state child-welfare authorities frequently use powerful mind-altering drugs to manage troubled youngsters, rather than treat their anger and sadness.

The new report states that DCF should reassess those children frequently and share information more quickly with caregivers.

The report says the fact that Gabriel told his case workers that he had not only been sexually abused, but was also abusing other children - a common occurrence among children who are sexually abused - highlights the lack of communication between welfare workers and school authorities, because it appears administrators at Broward County Schools were never alerted to the possibility he might abuse other children, according to the Herald.

Gabriel's case "was replete with missed opportunities to more effectively serve the needs of this child," the new report says."Numerous warning signs that Gabriel was in crisis were evident but were not addressed adequately or in a timely manner."
