Several government apologists are pointing at this document as support for why the judge made the awful decision to continue holding Justina Pelletier against the will of her family. The claim is the judge made points that show the parents are unfit to care for their daughter, even though evidence suggests the state is now unfit to care for Justina.

New Hampshire Supreme Court: Lower Fees & Enforce Orders in the...
The Judge in the Justina Pelletier Case is just another Puppet for DCYF. He, himself Court-ordered DCYF to send Justina back to Tuft's Medical, to continue with the care she was receiving before Boston Children's Hospital stuck their noses in and reported her parents for Medical Neglect. Instead of bringing charges against the high and mighty Ma. DCYF for NOT following Court order's, the Judge instead gives DCYF Permanent custody of 15 year old Justina. First of all, seeing as Justina is a Connecticut resident, doesn't Connecticut have jurisdiction? Second, the Judge stated Justina's Father called DCYF Nazis and spoke abusively toward them, therefore he made this unjust decision. If DCYF doesn't like being called Nazi's, they should STOP acting like them. If they don't want parent's and family member's speaking abusively toward them, DCYF needs to stop speaking abusively to them and STOP railroading families. They have absolutely NO respect for children, parent's or families and they believe they have the Power of God. It's high time we took that power away. Judges need to Stop letting DCYF pull their strings and start holding them accountable for their actions! There is NO Family Preservation, only Family Destruction!

A U.S. veteran's family is unjustly torn apart by CPS and the captors attempt to limit free speech. In a bizarre case of what some are calling government-sponsored kidnapping, California Child Protective Services (CPS) recently punished a war veteran for recording a CPS worker and now the agency is seeking a court order to stop the father from recording them. The two videos below are what CPS considers private and therefore cannot be viewed by the public. In an attempt to hide their inner workings from the public, CPS requested an emergency hearing for Tuesday, March 25th, and will be asking a Ventura County, California, judge to order the removal of both videos.
Why is Massachusetts DCYF and the Family Court's even involved with this case? Justina is a Connecticut resident, which means Massachusetts has NO JURISDICTION!

Torrington DCF continues to be a concern to the families in this town, as children are being “seized” from good, loving homes. Many families within this town have fought tirelessly, including but not limted to Jamaal Jacob for the return of their children, many have still not been returned. As more reach out for help, wanting to share their story about what is occurring, why are the families in this town such a target? Why does DCF not follow their own rules/guidelines, and ignore the law by not providing parents with their rights, the Mini Miranda

The names are entered into the database without due process, without a judicial hearing, without an opportunity for defense, without a conviction, and without even letting the individuals know they have been targeted.

The trade journal Youth Today aptly summed up the appeal of the Court-Appointed Special Advocates Program, noting that CASA
“couldn’t sound more apple pie, more thousand points of light. CASAs are a cadre of 74,000 volunteers trained for dozens of hours, then dispatched to conduct independent investigations of child abuse and to represent the children’s interests in courts around the nation. What could be wrong with that?”
Plenty, it turns out; much of it revealed by the most comprehensive evaluation of CASA ever done, an evaluation commissioned by the National CASA Association itself. As Youth Today noted, the report “delivers some surprisingly damning numbers.”[1]
●The study found that CASA’s only real accomplishments were to prolong the time children languished in foster care and reduce the chance that the child will be placed with relatives.
●The study found no evidence that having a CASA on the case does anything to improve child safety – so all that extra foster care is for nothing. (The study specifically controlled for CASA’s all purpose excuse for this – the claim that CASAs handle the most difficult cases.)
●The study also found that when a CASA is assigned to a child who is Black, the CASA spends, on average, significantly less time on the case. (The study also found that CASAs don’t spend as much time on cases in general as the organization’s p.r. might lead one to believe. CASA volunteers reported spending an average of only 4.3 hours per month on cases involving white children, and only 2.67 hours per month on cases involving Black children).[2]
Does anyone out there know this little Angel's name? This precious little Angel's picture was found on the Internet December 11th, 2013 by a good friend and Family Rights Activist. All we know as of this time is that the little girls parent's could no longer take care of her and she was then placed in the care of CPS. Three week's after being placed in Foster care, she was dead. If anyone know's this little Angel's name and the story of her cut too short life, please contact me. It is my duty as well as everyone else's to put an end to the horrible abuse and death of children being "Protected" by the State R.I.P. Little one. You will not be forgotten! I found out that this little 4 month old baby was found beaten, suffocated, and stuffed in a garbage can in her bedroom. I also found out her name is Elizabeth Fay "LizzyBee" Mariani Mariani. She was born in 2006 and was murdered in 2007. No-one has ever been charged with her murder. Her Grandmother has a Facebook page: Justice for Baby Elizabeth-https://www.facebook.com/groups/132364096798753/And there is also a Petition requesting that the City of Layton District Attorney's office in the County of Davis of the State of Utah investigate baby Elizabeth's murder from Layton, Utah. Please click on the link and sign and share: http://www.gopetition.com/petition/42185.html Someone need's to be held accountable for this precious little Angel's death! More new info: I also found out LizzyBee wasn't in a Foster home. She lived with her parents and maternal grandmother. Her Paternal Grandmother is the one fighting for an investigation and justice. From what I read, CPS was involved with the family and the children taken in the past and returned. LizzyBees two year old brother was thrown out a three story window in Dec. 2007. The Mother was arrested for child abuse. When the boy got out of the Hospital, he was returned to the parents. This story is a total nightmare. Go to the link above and you will find out plenty.
