Child Abduction Services: Legal in the U.S.:
Even if you’re not a parent, you REALLY need to read this next article. What we once dubbed as Child Protective Services, may have started off protecting children, but in the 1990s, when a bill was passed to give them monetary incentives for each child taken from the home, it has become the largest legalized child abduction operation of modern day. Innocent families are being torn apart, denied due process in the courts, if their case ever goes to trial at all, and parents and extended families are powerless to stop it. Yet another byproduct of the NWO. Susan Purtee Reports. Read on …

Diary of a Failed Adoption - Part VI
Diary of a Failed Adoption - Part VI | Ay Mama!:
That was it. With one simple phone call, this adoption was over.
Except it wasn’t over, of course. It would take a long time before it was all truly over. Because my heart still ached for the daughter I thought would be mine, the baby I dreamed about and planned for and named and held. Because, although it had been us who made the decision to withdraw from the match, my mind couldn’t wrap itself around all that had happened in the past few days.

Need For A Search Warrant Trips Social Workers
Need For A Search Warrant Trips Social Workers | Sarasota Crooked Lawyers:
Ohio authorities not aware of Fourth Amendment protections
Erie County, OH, A home schooling family has settled its case against Erie County social workers and Vermilion police for the coerced entry into the familys home on Feb. 21, 2001.
Courts have settled this key issue in other jurisdictions, and now its settled in this jurisdiction. Social workers cannot enter a home, willy-nilly, without a warrant,รข€ said Gary McCaleb, an attorney with the Alliance Defense Fund, the national legal organization based in Scottsdale, Arizona, that supported the case.

Is Nevada overmedicating foster children?
Is Nevada overmedicating foster children? - www.ktnv.com:
I'm sure they are, but so are the rest of the States!
You might call them the forgotten.
The voiceless.
The most at-risk group of kids in our state.
They're Nevada's foster children--and as Contact 13 Chief Investigator Darcy Spears uncovered, they're being given potentially dangerous and powerful drugs that they may not need... with taxpayers footing the bill.

DHS Commission could use more members like Steven Dow
DHS Commission could use more members like Steven Dow | NewsOK.com:
STEVEN Dow's deposition in a class-action lawsuit over Oklahoma's foster care system is an indictment of the state Human Services Commission. That and Dow's willingness to criticize the panel publicly have made him some enemies, no doubt, but also may affect real, overdue changes. We certainly hope so.
