State investigating death of infant in foster care
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — An investigation is underway after a newborn died in the care of a foster home.
Kerri White, a spokesperson for the Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF), said the death was reported Wednesday in a call to the agency's hotline.
