Family files wrongful death lawsuit after son dies in foster care:
RADCLIFF, Ky. —One year after a Hardin County boy died in foster care, his family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.When Hunter Payton, 4, died, his foster parents said he had fallen in their Radcliff home. An autopsy later revealed Hunter died as a result of blunt force trauma to the head.

As a councilwoman and state endorsed Senate candidate for Washington state, my grandchild was coerced out of my home at risk of losing my custodial older grandchild who had been in my care 10 years and was very happy. After a beautiful Christmas together the sisters were separated to say goodbye forever because a government WIC worker decided she wanted the child that belonged to her client, me. This is very illegal for a government worker to demand a child from her very own client in her government position and be granted adoption of that child separating two sisters who were so happy together. The adoptive father is said to go into my granddaughters room with no clothes on as stated by my granddaughter yet no one will do anything about it. Her older sister attempted suicide and was not successful thank God. This is what an organization called CPS is famous for. Get the book called, remembering Cynthia Rose and look at the law that says if a child is removed from Foster Care within one year and adopted that County receives $10,000 more or less depending on the needs of the child. Children are being taken and sold to the highest bidder. Our American children! Legislators, prosecuting attorney, ombudsman, cps's own district manager, two senators, one attorney, and a court room full of supporters fought with me to get my granddaughter back home, yet one corrupt judge, one corrupt social worker and one corrupt guardian ad litem put her in an abusive perverted adoptive home never to see her family again. And for what reason, money. Lots of money. I appealed with my paralegal experience and the Supreme Court for the state of Washington actually waited until my daughter was coerced into signing adoption papers at the threatened loss of losing her unborn child before entering a decision to me on my brief of moot. I cannot believe the Supreme Court of Washington state was involved in the legal coercive kidnapping of my grandbaby to a perverted adoptive home to suffer for the rest of her life. A blond haired baby so sensitive to the Sun left out in the sun to suffer, made me cry. She has digestive problems that were never addressed, her poor face was red and swollen as she could not go to the bathroom, no one there to help her. Who are these monsters who called themselves child protective people. One worker in the room, the only worker against us, began to shake as I talked about the sheep in the Bible telling her that God went after the one sheep that was lost as in my daughter needing help at one time in her life. At that story the worker began to shake uncontrollably, got up and left the room and came back with smiles and Giggles not even one minute later. What did she take that was that powerful that would work that quickly. I believe it was cocaine. A Shakedown is needed at CPS in the worst way. My own divorce attorney was used against me in my case against the state. The Bar Association, even with past reports, written and in the record of sexual misconduct with his employees was never sanctioned for his conflict of interest in my case. My case not even involving a parking ticket in my entire life. My case involving my first granddaughter, raising her in my home with excellent grades and very happy at 10 years old and since birth placed with me by Spokane CPS in which I had third-party custody. What would make so different as to threaten their paid psych evaluator to take both children away from me if I did not return my baby granddaughter to be adopted by my WIC worker her husband a pervert in my granddaughter's room with no clothes on. The video has gone viral, my granddaughter stating this fact. This is a government agency that has gone Criminal in the worst way, has murdered a Georgia state senator Nancy Schaefer who can be seen on YouTube talking about the Injustice and child trafficking of CPS. She got a moment of silence on the legislative floor.

CPS separated them from their mother and coerced me into surrender from my home at threat of the loss of her sister and would have taken both sisters through a state-paid psych evaluator. This is the video I speak of that has gone viral, my granddaughter adopted by my very own mandated government WIC worker, a government worker choosing children from her own pool of clients. This is Criminal in the worst way, illegal at best and this organization should be prosecuted. I was a councilwoman at the time, later to run for state senate endorsed by my state of Washington, my colleagues, legislators, prosecuting attorney, State Watchdog agency called ombudsman, two state senators one of which was murdered named Nancy Schaefer who was by my side as well, one attorney, who cost my court case by not allowing my petition to be filed in my position as a paralegal, a court room full of supporters and a CPS regional manager who had worked hard to get my granddaughter back home all with a ruling denied buy a corrupt judge, a corrupt social worker, and a corrupt guardian ad litem who's background was working with the DEA in Los Angeles. I was never in jail, didn't smoke, didn't drink, and had raised my 10 year old granddaughter from birth with placement by CPS in Spokane Washington and third-party custody of her, denied adoption of her sister because my WIC worker wanted my blond-haired baby granddaughter. My daughter in the background so Meek and humble and scared sending this video to me. I didn't realize it was a video and thinking it was a picture put it aside. Again this is the most criminal agency in the United States, Senator Nancy Schaefer murdered in her home said to be a suicide , a coincidence that she was on her way to Washington DC with proof of child trafficking by CPS. The dark-haired little girl is my other granddaughter living with her mother along with her brother. CPS led her to believe she was getting her daughter back two object to being in my home , and later made her sign the adoption papers threatening to take her unborn child if she did not sign when my daughter, their mother, learned CPS corrupt worker had been lying. The Unborn Child was the little girl in the video with dark hair, my grandaughter. Why was my daughter allowed to keep her unborn child if she was not fit to keep her other child? Of course it doesn't make sense this is proof of corruption, coercion, collusion and kidnapping children from good homes. Get the book remembering Cynthia Rose at your library and read the law that allows CPS to do this so to speak under the table and collect $10,000 more or less depending on the mental needs of the child and that too and be arranged.
