Weeks before she was allegedly beaten to death by her mother’s boyfriend, 2-year-old Addison Turner was treated at a hospital for facial injuries and later examined twice by child advocates with the team that investigates claims of child abuse in Westchester County, The Journal News/lohud has learned.
