WACO, Texas (KWTX) A Waco Child Protective Services investigator was arrested Wednesday and charged with endangering a child just two weeks after her husband was arrested on child sex abuse charges. Heather Michelle Bond, 29, was booked into the McLennan County Jail Wednesday afternoon, charged with endangering a child and shortly after paid her $3,000 bond and was released.
