Cellmate attacks woman jailed for killing foster son:
A 22-year-old woman was indicted on assault charges Wednesday, accused of attacking an inmate convicted of killing her foster child. Philomene Elizabeth Boneshirt was charged with three counts of simple assault in the incident that took place at the Minnehaha County jail on Dec. 4. Mary Jennewein was convicted of killing 2-year-old Miles Aiden Zane Stead, a Native American foster child.
