HHS chief calls for changes in child protection laws | New Hampshire:
CONCORD — The first step the state needs to take in response to a highly critical report of child protective services in New Hampshire is to amend the state laws surrounding child abuse, according to Commissioner of Health and Human Services Jeffrey Meyers.
