Greece, N.Y. — (WHAM) - The death of a Greece toddler has family members questioning what happened and why. Some neighbors and the grandfather of three-year-old Brook Stagles tell 13WHAM News that Child Protective Services (CPS) failed to respond to daily calls about alleged abuse - repeatedly.
