Acquittal in foster child death:

A Richmond County Superior Court jury has acquitted a Hephzibah foster mother in the death of a 3-year-old child. The jury returned its verdict this morning for Elizabeth Osei, 54, who had pleaded not guilty in the death of 3-year-old Kenyon Jay Slacks.
