Small rally seeks big reforms for child protection:
HELENA — Eight people with a Great Falls-based group spent nearly two hours Wednesday standing at a Helena intersection calling for more reforms to the state’s Child and Family Services division and to protest recent findings by a state panel looking into the child protection system in Montana.
