On Thursday, April 21 the House of Representatives voted in favor of SB 515, a bill that establishes a parent’s opioid addiction as evidence of child neglect.
Current law requires other evidence of harm to the child before a finding of neglect.
Crock of shit! No evidence is needed to steal a child!
