PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Oregon is facing a $60 million lawsuit over two malnourished children who had been in foster care. The Oregonian reports (http://bit.ly/1puzRdy) Danielle and John Yates are facing felony assault and criminal mistreatment charges after siblings placed in their home for 2 1/2 years were found severely underweight.
