CONCORD — A new report released by the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services provides a snapshot on the health of mothers and their babies in the state.For example, it found that 89 percent of New Hampshire mothers began prenatal care in their first trimester, and 13 percent smoked in the last trimester of pregnancy.
