BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/ KBFX) — Eyewitness News has obtained documents showing that Izaac Sanchez and his wife's children were taken away by Child Protective Services at some point after Sanchez's spousal abuse conviction in 2009. It's unclear if the two are related. Now, Sanchez is preparing to be on trial for the death of his 2-year-old daughter, and his children are back in CPS custody.
