AUBURN, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) - The head of the Auburn Housing Authority is calling for better communication after a foster child died in public housing.Two-year-old Ava Conway-Coxon was found unresponsive in an Auburn duplex last month. The chairman of the housing board, Wayne Page, said he had no idea any foster children were in the units. He says he found out after the child's death and he thinks the housing authority should know who is living in their homes, including foster children. Page also said he thinks that at the very least, the state's policies should be evaluated.
