False allegations: CPS and Family Court – a match made in heaven

False allegations: CPS and Family Court – a match made in heaven - Vancouver Parenting | Examiner.com:

If you are having difficulty processing how a person can lose custody over false allegations of abuse, let me assure you, you are not alone.
There is a difference between criminal court and family court. In criminal court a person is deemed innocent until proven guilty. The prosecutor has the burden to prove that the defendant is guilty.
This is not the case in family court, where false allegations have become a commodity. In family court there is no burden of proof. Furthermore, the accused is guilty unless and until proven innocent. (Comment: Even then, CPS still considers them guilty!)
