Isabella Knightly Medically Kidnapped

                                                   Isabella, visiting with Mommy

Medically Kidnapped by Southern NH Medical Center October 3rd, 2005, Isabella Knightly, whose Mother was threatened with arrest when she stated she wanted her newborn daughter transferred to St. Josephs Hospital in Nashua, NH. Isabella was drugged with Morphine for a month for SUPPOSED withdrawl symptoms, after the Morphine that was given to her Mother in labor spilled into her. Isabella was stolen and placed with a barren couple in Hudson,NH who later ILLEGALLY adopted her. We haven't seen her since 2006.

Legal Medical Kidnapping: A Growing Problem in the U.S. | Medical Kidnap

Legal Medical Kidnapping: A Growing Problem in the U.S. | Medical Kidnap:

Justina Pelletier has become a national symbol for children and families all across America who have gone through legal kidnapping. Justina and her family traveled to Washington D.C.  to promote “Justina’s Law,” a bipartisan bill proposed to end medical research on children. She received a standing ovation from members of Congress.

The Medical Kidnap Business: Bilking Medicaid

The Medical Kidnap Business: Bilking Medicaid | Medical Kidnap:

When we report to the public these cases of medical kidnappings, one of the most natural questions people ask are: why? Why do medical professionals and child social service agency workers take children away from loving parents?
One of the main reasons this terrible practice goes on in virtually all 50 states is because every child who is taken away from their parents by social service agencies like CPS (Child Protection Services), immediately becomes a ward of the state, and the state can bill Medicaid for ALL of that child’s medical costs.

Is Medical Kidnapping the New Norm?

We have just recently started  hearing the stories of children being taken from their families, due to the Hospital's their families trust for their medical treatment. There are many more that haven't been in the New's and I'm sure there will be even more kept hidden from the Public.
The Justina Pelletier case in Massachusetts finally gained attention, where her parents were accused of Medical Neglect and were reported to Ma. DCYF/CPS, by the Hospital they trusted with her care. After a year of a never ending nightmare, fighting for their child, the Pelletier's daughter was finally returned home to Connecticut.
We are now hearing about 3 month old Baby Kathryn, seized by Texas CPS after her parent's were accused of Medical Neglect by the Hospital they trusted with her care.
There have been a few other's we've heard about, no thank's to the bias Media, who are supposed to be telling us ALL of the News, good or bad.
My own Granddaughter, Isabella Knightly was also Medically Kidnapped on October 3rd, 2005, after the Hospital where she was born on August 31st,2005 reported her Mother to Nashua, NH DCYF for Morphine in Isabella. The Morphine given to her Mother in labor for 19 hours. Anyone with half a brain knows Morphine and other drugs given to the Mother in labor spill right into the baby. In fact, the toxicology reports weren't even back when the Hospital Social Worker reported Isabella's Mother. They came back 4 day's later, after the Social Worker had already signed off on Isabella's discharge.
Isabella's Mother, nor her family had any say over her care. In fact, her Mother was threatened with being arrested, when she stated she wanted her daughter transferred to the other Nashua Hospital. She felt she was being conspired against, along with her entire family by the Nashua Hospital, now known to work with DCYF. She was right. She WAS being conspired against.
The Hospital drugged Isabella for a month with morphine, claiming she was withdrawing from the Morphine in her system. But not once did they ever admit that the Morphine they gave her Mother in labor, along with ALL the rest of the drugs caused ANY  withdrawl symptom's. Not even any mention of her being switched with another baby in NICU.
In Isabella's case, she was Never returned. Let's hope Baby Kathryn's family has a better outcome than we had. Prayer's go out to her family.
So Yes, I believe Medical Kidnapping is the New Norm AND it has been for some time though kept from the Public.
Unhappy Grammy

Grassroots Effort To Fight Medical Kidnapping Of Baby Kathryn By UMC Children’s Hospital And CPS In Texas

Grassroots Effort To Fight Medical Kidnapping Of Baby Kathryn By UMC Children’s Hospital And CPS In Texas:
In what appears to be an alarming trend, a 3-month-old baby girl was seized by Child Protective Services and UMC Children’s Hospital in Lubbock, Texas, over a medical disagreement. It has now been three weeks since her devastated mother has been able to see and hold her baby. The once happy baby Kathyrn was despondent when her mom last saw her because at the core of their being, babies NEED their mothers. There is a grassroots effort that has begun to help push back against the system and hopefully #BringKatHome.

My comment: At least one Nashua, NH Hospital is just as guilty of Medical Kidnapping. My granddaughter Isabella was seized by NH DCYF/CPS after their cohort hospital reported her Mother due to Morphine in newborn Isabella. The Morphine that same hospital administered to Isabella's Mother in labor. Anyone with half a brain knows morphine and other drugs administered in labor spill's into the baby! Anyone except DCYF and the Family Court Judges who let DCYF pull their strings!

Coakley’s defense of DCF foster care

Coakley’s defense of DCF foster care - CommonWealth Magazine:

THE FOSTER CARE case that has become a flashpoint in the race for governor is complicated, messy, and in some ways shocking, which makes it ideal as a political football.
The case is never mentioned in the ad that is now being aired by the Republican-backed Commonwealth Future Independent Expenditures PAC, but it provides the underpinning for the claims that Attorney General Martha Coakley knew about mismanagement at the Department of Children and Families, opposed reform, and “failed our most vulnerable citizens.”

Today:10/3/14 is the 9th Anniversary of the ILLEGAL Kidnapping of my Granddaughter Isabella by the State of NH

It's been 9 long, hard years since the illegal kidnapping of my granddaughter Isabella by NH DCYF worker Melissa Deane, from the Hospital of her birth, Southern NH Regional Medical Center and delivered to a barren couple in Hudson, NH.
I will never forget that day. How could I. It was the worst Birthday of my life.
My daughter cried in horror as Melissa Deane  ripped her newborn baby girl out of her arm's, while Hospital Social Worker Kathy Lizotte stood there and looked on. The SW who befriended my daughter. Whom my daughter trusted and looked up to. The SW who turned around and  reported her to Nashua,NH DCYF for illegal drugs in the baby's system, four day's before toxicology tests were even back. Morphine that was given to my daughter during labor by the same Hospital that reported her to DCYF. The same SW who signed off on Isabella's discharge paper's the day before she was supposed to go home, who instead listened to the ramblings of a lonely old drug counselor Janice Watson who tried to be my daughter's mentor. When her attempts failed, she threw my daughter and my family to the wolves, slandering every one of us and testifying under oath with lies about our whole family. The old witch even had the audacity to tell the Judge that the methadone given to my daughter in labor never reached the baby, so the morphine IV given in labor wouldn't have had time to reach the baby either. After six month's of being denied the medical records from the Hospital and the Health Center, they somehow finally appeared. Isabella was NEVER tested for methadone.

Nobody had these records so we thought they would help in getting Isabella back. They might have helped had Judge Bamberger accepted them into evidence, but he wouldn't. He said it was too bad if Isabella was taken illegally and it was too late to bring in the evidence.
That's NH for you. The Judges make up their own rules as they go and continue to let DCYF pull their strings. Once the Republican's get back in in November, hopefully Isabella will finally come home. After all, proof of innocence doesn't lie, that is if you have honorable people willing to look at it and try to help unlike NH Family Court Judges who rule on "Hearsay" ILLEGALLY!
So yes, we're still waiting for you to come home Isabella. Your entire REAL Family loves and misses you and hopefully you'll be home soon.
Love always, Grammy and the rest of your REAL Family

Child's return to birth parents worries child welfare advocates

Child's return to birth parents worries child welfare advocates - 8 News NOW:

LAS VEGAS -A 5-year-old girl, nearly beaten to death, may have to return to the parents who investigators say almost killed her.

My comment:

If in fact, without any doubt, this little girl actually WAS nearly beaten to death by her bio parent's, this would actually be child abuse. If she's being returned to her family, it sounds as though abuse at the hands of her family was never proven. Is this just another case of CPS false allegations and the unjust removal of a child?
