LAS VEGAS -- The Clark County Coroner's Office released the cause of death for the foster father who police say killed a 16-month-old girl in his care.The coroner says Joaquin Juarez-Paez, 37, died from hydrocodone overdose and the manner of death was ruled a suicide. Hydrocodone is a common pain killer.
