DCF practices questioned in report on child deaths - SFGate:
NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) — Ten children up to age 3 were victims of reported homicides last year in Connecticut, and half of them lived in families involved with the state Department of Children and Families, according to a new report by the child advocate's office.
