Happy 9th Birthday to Our "Stolen by the State" Princess Isabella
Happy Birthday Princess Isabella
Happy 9th Birthday to our little Princess. It's been 9 long, painful years since you were stolen and placed with the stranger's who are raising you.
I will always remember the morning you were born. I helped your REAL Mother deliver you. I was right there while you took your first breath. While you cried your first cry. I watched as your Mother held you tight, never wanting to let go. The bond between you was instant. The happiness your entire REAL family shared the day you were born. There is nothing more special than grandchildren. There are no words to express the happiness we felt the day you were born. The happiness we've felt after each and every grandchild was born.
Some day you will read this, along with the rest of my posts and you will then understand you were ILLEGALLY stolen from us and ILLEGALLY adopted by the stranger's, "Chosen" by the deceitful child and family abuser's DCYF and the corrupt New Hampshire Family Court Judges.
The people raising you as their own have been paid to raise you. REAL parents don't get paid to love and care for their children. They do it for Love, Not money.
Anything you want to know is right here in this blog. Even the proof that was denied in Court that shows you were illegally stolen and illegally adopted. Your Father was never even contacted. His rights were never terminated.
I know you live in Hudson but am not allowed by the strangers to see you. The strangers we met in the Hospital who stated we would become great friends. What a crock. Paid by the State to keep you from your REAL Family.
One day you will be home with your REAL Family. The family who loves you unconditionally. The family that doesn't want State blood money to raise you.
Even the Legislature believes you belong with us. They believe after all the injustice bestowed upon us, that you definitely were taken and adopted illegally. There recommendation was for you to be returned to your REAL Family. We're still waiting. And so are all your new cousins and other family member's. They can't wait to meet you.
We Love and Miss You with All our Heart's, whats left of them. The pain is never ending and Birthday's and Holiday's are the worse. This morning I woke up and you were the first thought on my mind. The pain just won't go away. You've been kept from us too long. We can't wait for you to learn the truth and come back to us.
Love always, Grammy, Grampie and your entire REAL Family

A Message to Ally, My Parentaly Alienated Granddaughter
Ally, I just wanted you to know your Mother saw you in the parking lot at the store with your stepmother's mother. She and her husband saw your step grandmother very roughly grab you by the arm and throw you in the Toyota four runner when she saw you watching your Mother. They also heard her screaming at you because you couldn't take your eyes off your Mother.
It's very clear to all of us, that you were being coached by your father to refuse visitation with your Mother. We were also told that your father's new wife told him if he let you see your Mother, she would take the house, business and all the cars from him and he would have nothing. Of course he went along with her. That's all he thinks of is money. Not you or anyone else. The only reason he married his Mistress was for the money. He tried several times to get back with your Mother. But she wasn't that stupid.
So just wanted you to know, that we know, none of this is your fault. Some day you will know the truth about everything.
Ally, if you ever get to read this, go to your Counselor at School and let him/her know what you are going through and that you DO want to see your Mother, but your Father and his new wife won't allow it.
We ALL love and miss you! XOXOXOXO

A close friend of mine had two twin boys that were taken from her at age 6. They were adopted by a man who used to be her supervisor at her job during the time they were taken. She did not ask him to adopt her children but he did this on his own accord and possibly as a move to gain control over her since he was interested in her intimately. He is about 20 years older than she is and is now retired. The kids are now 16 and they still live with the adoptive parent although he has allowed her to move into the house as well. She has since gotten her life back together and is involved in the daily lives of her children.

Researchers found a strong link between parents' incarceration and depression, asthma, anxiety and other issues
The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world, with more than 2 million people behind bars. Most happen to be parents to children under the age of 18, and nearly 70 percent of these parents are nonviolent offenders. According to current estimates, between 1.7 and 2.6 million children in this country have a parent in prison or jail. And their parents aren’t the only ones being punished, according to a new study from researchers at the University of California-Irvine on health and behavioral outcomes among children with incarcerated parents.

Beware Child Protective Services: What Victims, Advocates, and Mandated Reporters Need to Know
Beware Child Protective Services: What Victims, Advocates, and Mandated Reporters Need to Know:
Probably no other public agency leaves victims and advocates more perplexed than Child Protective Services.
Most mothers say they would rather be threatened with jail than to be threatened with the loss of her child. Yet as invasive, terrifying, and awesome as this governmental threat is, virtually all the decisions as to her fitness, compliance, and fate are being decided at the lowest judicial standard of evidence, 51% of the evidence, the 'preponderance of the evidence' standard. This is a far cry from the 'beyond a reasonable doubt' standard the government must reach before sentencing someone to jail for even the briefest time.

HOUSTON, Texas -- In a continuing cover-up by Child Protective Services (“CPS’) in Texas, Judge Keith Dean this week ordered the removal of a YouTube video produced by a 13-year-old boy that exposes the sexual and physical abuse that he and his brother endured while in CPS foster care. The video also reveals the 377-day nightmare suffered by him and his six siblings after they were ripped from their loving family and placed in four different foster care facilities out of county. The mother told Breitbart Texas “they are trying to rake this abuse under the rug.” Breitbart Texas has procured the YouTube video from a source outside the family.

Nashua, NH DCYF STILL Refuse Relative Placement Before Foster care
It has just recently come to my attention that Nashua, NH DCYF is STILL not following Federal Government mandates when it comes to children being placed with relatives before Foster care.
NH DCYF's Director Maggie Bishop prides herself in contacting relatives first for the child's placement before placing the child in Foster care. What a crock!
By law, the State of New Hampshire must make efforts to identify and notify all adult relatives of a child within 30 days of a child going into placement. If a family relative is not available or not appropriate, the child may be placed in a licensed foster home.
After failing the Federal Statewide Assessment's in 2003 and again in 2010, which clearly show failure by the State to place children with relatives first, especially in Nashua, it's the same old same old. Children are still being placed in Foster care instead of with fit and willing relatives.
I was recently told about a Mother who was arrested a few months back, who was raising a toddler and an older child. The arrest had nothing to do with child abuse, yet the children were placed in Foster care instead of with their Grandmother, who went to the home at the time of the arrest to specifically take the children to her home. She was denied and the children were placed in Foster care. This Grandmother is a good woman, not a trouble maker and neither was I when my Grandchildren were stolen. And that was nine years ago and DCYF practices still haven't changed.
The NH Legislature claim,s auditing DCYF and watching over their practices would be too expensive, yet DCYF fail's both Govt. Audits and still get's their almighty Federal Funding even though Federal Mandates STILL aren't being followed! Whats up with that?

My last couple of posts have touched on issues relating to children’s welfare and safety, and the issue of what role child protective agencies should play in that. Here’s another fine piece by Conor Friedersdorf, although in truth, it’s less his work than that of the three people he called on to comment on their experiences with CPS (The Atlantic, 7/24/14). Sometimes it’s best to just allow others to speak and listen to them when they do and, to Friedersdorf’s credit, he does just that in a sensible and balanced way. A former CPS worker, a woman who credits CPS for her removal from her family and a father who was abused by the child protection system were Friedersdorf’s choices to speak out about what to do when children may, or may not be, at risk.

A former CPS worker, a woman who credits CPS for her removal from her family and a father who was abused by the child protection system were Friedersdorf’s choices to speak out about what to do when children may, or may not be, at risk.

For now, I am not publishing names, however, this may soon change and names and exact positions may indeed be identified.

The New Federal Adoption Law
It is often said that American child welfare policy operates like a pendulum. It swings from expressing the predominant objective of keeping troubled families together to making protection of children from parental harm its top priority. Family preservation and child safety are treated as two opposing ends of the spectrum of child welfare concerns. These shifts have not been based on any real changes in rates of child maltreatment. They are often responses to highly publicized incidents of abuse by parents or by the system and to the political currents surrounding child welfare debates. "Watching federal policy develop in the field of child abuse and neglect over the past two decades has been like watching the sunrise in Barrow, Alaska in late November!" proclaimed one expert. "Federal and state political action over the last several decades could be characterized as being symbolic rather than substantive, reactive and punitive rather than proactive and supportive (of either children or adults)."2

Sen. Mike Enzi (R-WY) and Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) are introducing the “Child Welfare Provider Inclusion Act of 2014,” legislation to protect religious organizations that provide child welfare services, including adoption and foster care.
