A Fitchburg baby that died Saturday was part of a family monitored by the embattled Department of Children and Families, and with a Grafton baby’s April 11 death with DCF involvement, advocates and lawmakers are renewing calls for the ouster of DCF chief Olga Roche and more scrutiny of the agency.
