Mother of missing Maine toddler preserves the right to sue Maine DHHS:
AUGUSTA, Maine — An attorney for the mother of a toddler who disappeared from the father's home in December 2011 says a court filing preserves the right to sue the state, but that there's been no decision on whether to do so.
