    Absolutely appalling! This sadistic Ahole isn't fit to take care of animals let alone a tiny baby! I can't believe the mother would allow that. Different culture or not. A mother's drive to protect her child from such awful treatment is within us (or one would hope). OMG that will take a few days to get off my eyeballs!
