With Baby Veronica heading to South Carolina, Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin was looking for ways to avoid extraditing the girl's biological father, her office said Tuesday.
The governor signed an extradition warrant Sept. 4, when she accused the biological father of "acting in bad faith" after the adoptive parents were denied a visit with Veronica.
