COLUMBIA, S.C.: Judge finalizes Cherokee girl's adoption in SC - Politics Wires - MiamiHerald.com:
COLUMBIA, S.C. -- A state judge on Wednesday finalized a South Carolina couple's adoption of a 3-year-old girl of Cherokee heritage, ruling that the child should be moved from her current home in Oklahoma.
Note: The Capobiancos aren't thinking of this little girl at all. For that matter neither is the Court or her mother. If any of them really cared, they would stop this horrible injustice. If this little girl is taken from her father, she'll have nothing but hatred for the people who took her away from him. And with good reason. Mr. Brown, don't give her up without a fight. Many children with Native American heritage have been stolen by the States and never placed with family. A Federal civil rights lawsuit is long overdue. Get them where it hurt's! Their pockets!
