Judge changes former DHS worker's sex-crime conviction to deferred sentence | Tulsa World:
A former DHS employee who originally was sentenced to two years in prison for the sexual abuse of a teen in foster care received a deferred sentence instead after a Tulsa County district judge vacated his own sentence, saying he had changed his mind.
