NEWMARKET — The director of the state Division of Children Youth & Families said just because parents are using illegal drugs does not automatically mean they are unfit and their children can be taken from them.
"Unfortunately, drug possession or drug use in and of itself doesn't mean you can't parent a child," said Maggie Bishop.
What a crock of shit! DCYF call's it "Neglect in the Future" and most definitely DO steal the child for ALLEGED substance abuse.
And as for returning a child to the family, that's another crock of shit! Even when the parent is proven innocent, the child is still NEVER returned.
And Relative placement is just another crock of shit.
I'm surprised Maggie Bishop's nose isn't 10 feet long!
