My name is Isabella. I was born on August 31st, 2005 and was stolen from my REAL family on my Grammy's birthday, October 3rd, 2005 from the Hospital in Nashua, NH where I was born, by Nashua, NH DCYF.
My Mommy was given morphine in labor because I was Placenta-Previa. She was forced into delivering me naturally, which could have killed us both. I was born with Morphine in my system because of the Morphine they gave my Mommy.
There were many lies told against my family, which is the reason I was stolen. I've never even met my Daddy. He was never contacted by DCYF or the Court's. When he found out I was stolen, he fought for me and was denied paternity testing. His rights were never terminated and I was adopted any way. DCYF gave me to a couple who couldn't have children of their own. Then they were given two more little girls. We live in NH and I'm in the second grade.
My Real family has been fighting for my return since the day I was stolen. My Grammy has filed all kinds of Motions and appeals with the Court's. She has fought for my custody since before that horrible day I was stolen, but the lies of DCYF have kept us apart. My Uncle even tried to get custody, but he was told relative placement was not an option. They said I was being placed in Foster care. I've been in the same home ever since, longing for my REAL family. I don't belong here.
I know my REAL family is worried about me. My Grammy writes about me all the time and still fight's for my return.
This is picture of me and my Grammy at the Hospital, after she found out DCYF was stealing me. She look's very sad. She took care of my Mommy throughout her pregnancy and even helped deliver me. She rocked me and sang to me every day, until that awful day they kidnapped me. I haven't seen her since.
This is a picture of me with my doggy that Grammy and Grampy bought me the day I was born. They wanted me to be kept safe and wanted me to have something to always remember them by.
So if anyone out there has seen me, please let my REAL family know if I'm alright. I know they love and miss me and are worried. Some day I will be able to go home. I can't wait for that day!

For the past 40 years that I have been actively involved in the world of adoption...the only time we heard about adoption being stigmatized was from adoptive parents. They felt that others - often family members - looked at their choice as second best and did not embrace their adopted child as part of the family as they would have a child born into the family - a child who might look familiar, share familial traits or coloring of hair, skin and eyes.

Is all that extra Federal funding for drugging these innocent children really worth it? Do you hate the parent's and their families that much that you drug their children so they no longer fight you to go home? Or is it all about the money? Wouldn't you fight back if you were being held against your will? Isn't that normal human behavior?

Parental Alienation Is Child Abuse
When a parent has custody of child, isn't it in the child's best interest's to have a loving relationship with both parent's? When one parent refuses to follow court order's and doesn't let the other parent see their child for five year's, that's child abuse.
When the parent with custody brainwashes the child with lies about the other parent, that's Parental Alienation. Those word's, Parental Alienation the Court doesn't want to hear. Supposedly, there is no such thing. So how about we call it Stockholm Syndrome? Now there's a well-known diagnosis everybody has heard of. It's the same thing and it's practiced daily by these abusive custodial parents.
Why does it take the Court's five years to enforce an order of visitation? By this time the child will definitely need therapy. Maybe even de-programming. Oh that's right! The Court ordered the child go to therapy five years ago, but the custodial parent refused to follow that court order also.
Why aren't parent's who refuse to follow court order's held in contempt? Can't the Court's see the harm this is doing to the child? Why does the custodial parent fight the other parent and the court so defiantly when he/she was never there for the child before getting custody? Never on Holiday's. Never on Outing's. Nothing.The non-custodial parent was always there for the child. You could say the child was the parents shadow. They were always together. So close you couldn't tear them apart. All of the child's need's taken care of by the now non-custodial parent. A child now brainwashed. This is child abuse!

Why does it take the Court's five years to enforce an order of visitation? By this time the child will definitely need therapy. Maybe even de-programming. Oh that's right! The Court ordered the child go to therapy five years ago, but the custodial parent refused to follow that court order also.
Why aren't parent's who refuse to follow court order's held in contempt? Can't the Court's see the harm this is doing to the child? Why does the custodial parent fight the other parent and the court so defiantly when he/she was never there for the child before getting custody? Never on Holiday's. Never on Outing's. Nothing.The non-custodial parent was always there for the child. You could say the child was the parents shadow. They were always together. So close you couldn't tear them apart. All of the child's need's taken care of by the now non-custodial parent. A child now brainwashed. This is child abuse!

All over the web you can find stories about forced adoptions by Catholic Charities. They just recently started apologizing to all of those children and their families separated by forced adoption's of yesteryear.
Well what about the forced adoption's of children today that Catholic Charities is responsible for? They may not be taking newborns from their Mother's at birth as they did in the past, but they are still responsible for many forced adoptions Nationwide. Maybe even worldwide.
St. Charles Children's Home in Rochester, NH is run by Catholic Charities. In the NH DCYF Statewide Assessment's, St. Charles boast's of the services they provide to pre-adoptive families. Here is the excerpt:

It is the goal of the Home to help in the rehabilitation of the family unit first by helping the children gain new behavioral skills and secondly by helping parents build on their parenting resources.
Think again. St. Charles does nothing for the parents of the children placed there by NH DCYF. In fact, a sign in register sit's in the hallway of St. Charles, where parent's sign in when they go to visit their children. Each child has their own section in the register, filled with the names of people recruited by St. Charles for the anticipated "forced" adoption of their children.
Don't get me wrong. I and my family are Catholic and I know Catholic Charities helps families. But facilitating adoptions doesn't help families as far as I'm concerned. And yes, St. Charles facilitated the adoption of my grandson Austin, which is why I can no longer bring myself to attend the Catholic Church. I believe in God and everything he stands for, but I don't believe St. Charles is doing God's work. God would never split up families and facilitate the adoption of these children. So yes, Catholic Charities still practices forced adoptions,on children that WANT to go home to their REAL families!

Could that have anything to do with my recent interview with Kevin Avard on Speak Up, where I provided the Assessment information to all interested parties? I'm sure it did. Program Description
The Adoption Assistance Program provides funds to States to facilitate the timely placement of children, whose special needs or circumstances would otherwise make it difficult to place, with adoptive families. Authorized under title IV-E of the Social Security Act, and amendments, the Adoption Assistance Program provides Federal matching funds of 50 to 83 percent, depending on the state's per capita income. Funding is contingent upon an approved State plan to administer or supervise the administration of the program. The State must submit yearly estimates of program expenditures as well as quarterly reports of estimated and actual program expenditures. Funds are available for a one-time payment to assist with the costs of adopting a child as well as for monthly subsidies to adoptive families to assist with the care of the eligible child. Additionally, funds are available for: administrative costs to manage the program; training staff and adoptive parents; adoptive parent recruitment; and other related expenses.
The fifty (50) States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico are eligible to participate in the Adoption Assistance Program awards. The average monthly number of children receiving IV-E Adoption Assistance in FY 2008 was approximately 381,000.

The program is funded at $2,160,000,000 for FY 2008.

Yesterday, the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee held a hearing assessing the state of America’s mental health system. Chairman Tom Harkin (D-IA) and Ranking Member Lamar Alexander (R-TN) welcomed two panels of witnesses to discuss mental health in America and how to improve access to mental health services for individuals with mental illnesses and/or disorders. In his opening statement Chairman Harkin acknowledged that the hearing was long overdue as the HELP committee hasn’t held a hearing on mental health since 2007. He also explained the stigma associated with mental illness, which he referred to as the nation’s silent epidemic. Citing recent statistics, he pointed to the fact that most mental health conditions begin by adolescence. Harkin went on to talk about the need for mental health parity by clarifying that although the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) was enacted over four years ago, the Obama Administration has yet to issue a final rule. Alexander, newly elected to his post as Ranking Member, expressed his hope for the bipartisan fashion in which he expected to be able to work with the Chairman and described his role in the hearing as being one of a listener first and foremost. He said his goal of the hearing was to learn who needed help, who provided that assistance, and how the federal government could help facilitate that process.
The first witness to testify before the committee was Pamela Hyde, Administrator of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). She testified to the prevalence of mental illness and substance use disorders, gaps in treatment, and the need for more training of mental health professionals. She also lauded the Administration’s recent efforts to change the conversation regarding mental health in this country. During question and answer she was asked by the Chairman and others to clarify when the Administration would release the final rule on mental health parity to which she noted that the process was ongoing.
Dr. Thomas Insel, Director at the National Institute of Mental Health offered testimony on the research associated with improving the quality of care provided to those with mental illness. He focused on serious mental illness which he said affects about 1 in 20 Americans. He echoed the Chairman’s comments that chronic illness begins early in life, but went on to say that these disorders are treatable. He was asked by the Chairman to talk about the use of antipsychotic medications for children and the long-term effects associated with these medications. Insel said there are real concerns because the use of these drugs for children is increasing and the side effects, especially when used long term, are more adverse. He said the larger issue still, is the rate of adolescents with serious mental illness who are not getting properly diagnosed or treated.
While the first panel focused on the federal efforts to address mental health, the second panel focused on local and community-based mental health providers. Common themes among this panel included solutions to help with early identification of mental illness, service integration, the need for increasing funding and removing barriers to mental health services and treatments.
