Should the Adoption Tax Credit Be Renewed?
Should the Adoption Tax Credit Be Renewed? - Room for Debate - NYTimes.com:
NO!!!
Created 15 years ago, the adoption tax credit now allows parents to claim a credit of $12,650 from their federal income taxes to defray the costs of any adoption. (Although it no longer allows families to claim a refund if the credit exceeds their tax bill, as it had in earlier years.) The credit expires at the end of the year for adoptions other than those of foster children with special needs.

Why Not a Tax Credit So Mothers Can Afford to Keep Children? - Room for Debate - NYTimes.com:
We want to believe that voluntary domestic infant adoption is a choice made by women for the betterment of their child's life. Often the reality is that mothers who surrender their children do so because of a lack of support. It's not that they do not want or love their babies, but that they do not see a way out from their temporary hardships. They turn to adoption out of desperation, not a true choice.

CNBC Exec’s Children Murdered, 1 Day After CNBC Reports $43 Trillion Bankster Lawsuit
CNBC Exec’s Children Murdered, 1 Day After CNBC Reports $43 Trillion Bankster Lawsuit:
This week financial news organization CNBC gave some mainstream attention to the largest money laundering and racketeering lawsuit in United States History, in which “Banksters” and their U.S. racketeering partners are being accused of laundering of 43 trillion dollars worth of ill gotten gains. The lawsuit is said to involve officials located in the highest offices of government and the financial sector.
Since this information was surprisingly revealed by the mainstream news organization there has been a very suspicious and deadly fallout at the CNBC headquarters. Within hours the original page for the article was taken down, and CNBC senior vice president Kevin Krim received news that his children were killed under very suspicious circumstances. It seems that the murder happened first and then the page was removed later.

Reform the Family Court Petition
Reform the Family Court Petition:
Petition Background (Preamble):
Petition Background (Preamble):
This petition supports a documentary film that exposes corruption and outdated rules of law that are still being used by our Family Courts.
The film involves a maternal family, and focuses in on grandparents that are raising their grandchildren. The need for change and the way this court conducts business is stuck in the last century.
The film involves a maternal family, and focuses in on grandparents that are raising their grandchildren. The need for change and the way this court conducts business is stuck in the last century.
Today's technology and a close knit club of court officials, including judges, lawyers, and court appointed personnel is totally one-sided and in the control of these power-crazed individuals. They answer to no one, and are protected by immunity laws that must be eliminated.
The hope is to alert the public, and protect the interest of future victims that may find themselves facing what this film describes as a "Lynch" mob attitude towards a chosen victim of the system.
Based on actual events and filmed by documentary filmmaker that is also an eye witness to the facts will astound not only the parents, grandparents and caregivers of young children, but will shine a light on something that can and should be the established way of watching the so-called watchers of our "Justice System". There is an answer, and together we can enlighten the officials in Washington how they can help enforce a new set of rules that can only benefit society by investigating the facts being presented.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the US Congress and/or US Senate to investigate and change the rules that dictate the uncontrolled powers within the state and municipal family court system by eliminating the ex-parte and backroom deals that are being made by our appointed and retained officials that includes judges, lawyers, and all court appointed personnel to abide by the new rulings that include: Access for independent providers to videotape all court proceedings, as it allows for court reporters to transcribe testimony that can be edited by judges, and is questionable as to the validity of the contents being altered and/or factual or truthful. All hearings to be video-taped and compared to the written recorded testimonies would stop the court from tampering with evidence already presented in the official documented testimony.
The idea of having cameras in the courtroom for all custody matters appearing and defined as having a long history fraught with motions, petitions, answers, and counterclaims, and then deemed as "simple custody matters", as was the case in this particular trial, this petition presents an array of acceptable and unacceptable practices that will establish new guidelines that protect victimized litigants with or without legal representation. A request to take action and to implement the new rulings immediately is one way of guaranteeing the rights of our citizens, and eliminating dishonest or corrupt personnel that continue to take advantage of their position as finders of fact.
In closing, one fact that anyone walking or driving down the streets of America is aware of is cameras are everywhere, and watching our every move. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. (The Family Court).
Thank you for your support.

Who's judging New Hampshire's judges? Only the Legislators ...
DMVC Productions = Results: Who's judging New Hampshire's judges? Only the Legislators ...:
The excerpts I included in this article came from a Concord Monitor article, written by a Dr. Robert O. Wilson, chairman of the New Hampshire Judicial Conduct Committee (NHJCC), he said “it does not surprise me that there is public confusion over the role of the House Committee for Redress of Grievances as it may relate to judicial matters.” I have included his direct quotes here but rewritten what in fact, is the reality of the situation.
I think the confusion starts with the fact that the people before the redress of grievance committee have already been before the Judicial Conduct Committee, complaints including conflicts of interest, a judge sitting on a criminal case and then behind closed doors a parallel case with DCYF, Judges demeaning women in their court, refusing evidence by males and females, bias against either sex, refusing to answer motions, simply keeping them in the file and pushed aside and the marital masters not following Rules 12-14 all ignored by the Judicial Conduct Committee and it is in large part why the legislators finally ended the marital master program.

NH DCYF Contradict's Findings (Documentation)
Lab Report of September 4th,2005 -Collected on August 31st,2005 show's newborn Isabella was NEVER tested for Methadone. Quest Diagnostic's stated they were not told to test for Methadone, which would have been extremely expensive.
On September 2nd, the mother was reported to DCYF by SW Kathy Lizotte, BEFORE the lab test's were even back.
On September 15th,2005, CPSW Melissa Deane spoke with Hospital Social Worker Kathy Lizotte, who relayed a third party statement (Hearsay-Illegal?) by Healthy Step's Methadone Program for Pregnant Women, Director Janice Watson, who stated the Morphine and Methadone didn't have enough time to reach the baby "as seen by the fact the baby didn't test positive for the methadone given at the same time."
The Document above (hidden by the hospital for six month's) clearly shows the baby was NEVER tested for Methadone.
This Document is from a DCYF PPT Meeting from 2/20/07, where a TPR and illegal adoption is planned. Notice in the second paragraph, it states Isabella was born with Methadone in her system.
So what are we to believe? The only document that shows the REAL truth is the lab test results from Quest Diagnostics showing Isabella was NEVER tested for Methadone. Clear and convincing evidence DCYF will do anything they have to to Illegally steal a child. Especially a newborn!
Nobody ever said Isabella's father was deported. In fact from the onset, Isabella's mother was told by CPSW Kris Geno not to tell anyone Isabella was half Dominican. The father who challenged her adoption and filed for paternity testing and was denied twice by Judge James Patten.
Is anything other than the lab report believable? Not anything that came out of the mouth's of DCYF or Janice Watson!

PA State Prosecutor Arrested Child Abuse, Adopted Children Tortured - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Oct 2012. Deputy Penna State Attorney General, Wife Charged With Abusing Adopted Children. PITTSBURGH (KDKA). A prominent local couple is accused of abusing their two adopted children. Deputy Attorney General Douglas Barbour and his wife, Kristey Barbour, were arrested Thursday by Allegheny County Police.
The Franklin Park couple faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated assault and simple assault.
Sources close to the investigation tell KDKA's Marty Griffin the couple allegedly tried to starve their 6-year-old adopted son who had to be hospitalized with malnutrition.
Sources also indicate the couple's 18-month-old adopted daughter has five different bone fractures of varying ages.
According to the investigation, the couple adopted the children from Ethiopia in March through a church organization.
Since that time, sources say the couple did not feed the 6-year-old boy for an extended period of time and that abuse was discovered by doctors at Children's Hospital.
According to investigators, the 18-month-old girl is at the Children's Institute right now and that she may have suffered a stroke from the five different bone fractures and the injuries and that she may be permanently blind as a result.
Meantime, the attorney general's office released a statement saying that Barbour has been suspended without pay and that they will cooperate fully with this investigation.

Termination of Parental Rights Reversed in Tennessee: In re Emilie A.M. « Herston on Tennessee Family Law | Knoxville Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Alimony, and Matrimonial Law Attorney:
Facts: Child was born out of wedlock. Eighteen months later, Father was sentenced to six years imprisonment for various crimes. A few months later, Child was removed from Mother’s care and declared dependent and neglected because of Mother’s drug abuse. Child was placed with Mother’s relatives. One year later, Child’s paternal grandparents petitioned for custody of Child. Mother’s relatives then filed a petition to terminate the parental rights of Mother and Father and adopt Child. The paternal grandparents then petitioned to intervene in the termination proceeding and also sought to adopt Child. After allowing the intervention, the trial court terminated the parental rights of Mother and Father and determined that it was in Child’s best interest to be adopted by Mother’s relatives. Only Father appealed.
On Appeal: The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court.

‘Secrecy’ in the Court of Protection
‘Secrecy’ in the Court of Protection: TBIJ:
The Court of Protection hears cases relating to some of the most morally and politically contentious issues of our day and about some of the most excluded and silenced people in our society. It is surely a good sign that the media, MPs and campaigners are sufficiently concerned about their plight that they take such an interest in this court’s new jurisdiction under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA). Yet there is a difficult balance to be drawn between protecting the privacy of the individuals and families at the heart of these cases, and ensuring that the wider democratic objective of transparency in our justice system is met. The Court of Protection is frequently described in the media as ‘secretive’, yet according to its judges this is an ‘old shibboleth’ which should be laid to rest. Despite judicial efforts to permit greater media access and reporting, the reality is that the Court of Protection does not function like other courts, and information about its activities is still relatively limited.

NH Judges Responsible for Illegal Child Kidnappings and Adoptions
These are the NH Judges responsible for the illegal kidnappings and adoptions of my grandchildren, Austin and Isabella.
Judge James Leary
Judge Leary presided at my daughter's Preliminary hearing in Nashua District Court on September 26,2005.
Instead of asking for proof of abuse and neglect, he took the word of DCYF ATTY. Kate McClure who relayed an already proven false report of abuse of my grandchildren, stating the abuse took place in my home. The False report does NOT state where the supposed abuse took place.
Judge Leary ignored the U.S. Supreme Court Rule of 2004 9-0 which states: Hearsay is NOT admissible in Domestic Violence Cases or Abuse and Neglect case. Because of Judge Leary's negligence, my husband and I were denied custody of my granddaughter and she was placed in Foster care. For the last seven year's, my daughter and I have filed motion's requesting the Court CD of the Preliminary hearing. Every one denied for fear the DCYF Atty's dirty little secret would be exposed.
Judge Leary is also responsible for denying exculpatory evidence proving innocence of Isabella's mother, yet he is also responsible for court ordering all medical files, but negligently did NOT court order the file we were trying to submit into evidence.
He is also responsible for court ordering my daughter out of Methadone treatment, which is illegal and discriminatory and court ordering her into a program that did NOT exist in this state making compliance impossible.
(left)Retired Judge Raymond Cloutier with former County Atty.Robert Walsh
Judge Cloutier is responsible for terminating my daughter's rights of Isabella. He stated the opposite of testimony and proof given at the TPR. The Supreme Court Justices stated in their decision of the appeal, that he made no error's. Now I know the Judges don't bother to read court paperwork and transcript's. Either that or they all need new glasses.
Judge Cloutier is also responsible for terminating my daughter's rights of Austin and not placing him in our home, even though all of the States witnesses testified of the strong bond he had with his grandfather and how he wanted to live with us. At nine year's old, he should have been able to choose.
My daughter also enrolled herself into a program that DCYF should have done, but neglected to. Her rights were still terminated because she wasn't done with the program.
Judge Thomas Bamberger
Judge Bamberger officiated on both daughter's criminal cases and child custody cases at the same time. He should have recused himself, but instead showed his bias against both of them. He dropped the Criminal charges of Child Endangerment in Criminal Court due to my daughter's newfound evidence proving her innocence. In Child Custody Court he told both daughter's it was too bad if their children were taken illegally, stating it was too late.
Judge David LeFrancois (When I find a picture, I'll post)
Judge LeFrancois denied the admittance of exculpatory evidence in Court proving my daughter's innocence. The same evidence submitted in Criminal Court where the charges were dropped. He also denied a motion to drop all charges.
Judge James Patten
Judge Patten is responsible for terminating the right's of Fictitious men as the father's of both Isabella and Austin. The REAL father's were never contacted. Isabella's father filed a petition Challenging her adoption and for paternity testing, twice. Both times denied. Judge Patten granted the adoption of Isabella 4 days after receiving an affidavit of paternity, claiming he never received it. If he didn't receive it, why was it in an objection brief filed by the NH AG's Attorney Rebecca Woodard? Judge Patten also granted the adoption while a Motion to Reconsider for Injunctive Relief was pending in Probate Court and an Appeal was pending in the NH Supreme Court.
Judge Patten terminated the rights of a man 13 year's younger than Austin's father with the same name from Nashua, even though Nashua DCYF had in their possession Austin's birth certificate with his father's name, birth date place of birth. They put an ad in a newspaper in Mexico, for a father in Honduras. DCYF also had in their possession Austin's father's social security number, address and phone number. The DCYF Caseworker stated, "So what. No big deal. It doesn't matter."
Both Austin's and Isabella's father's rights were never terminated and they aren't the only fictitious father's whose rights were terminated in Nashua. In fact, there were two other little girls placed in the same home as Isabella. Both girls have different father's, yet Judge Patten terminated the right's of one of the father's, as the father of both girls. They were also adopted by the same family. One of them, illegally.
Judge Patten granted the adoption's of Austin, Isabella and another child illegally. I'm sure there are many more, but too many people are afraid to speak out and fight back.
You're probably wondering if I filed complaints with the Judicial Conduct Committee. No, I didn't because it's a waste of time and energy. The JCC is a good ole boy's network, who protect their own, just as the Attorney Discipline office protect's their own and DCYF protect's their own. Maybe if the DCYF worker's didn't have a Union to protect them, the fraud and corruption would end.
Judge Edwin Kelly
Oh, and I musn't forget Judge Edwin Kelly. After all, he's the Judge responsible for all this.
