Note: Judge Kelly, to save the State money is one thing, but to profit off the back's of railroaded families and innocent children is another story. Personally, I and many other citizens of NH believe the Legislature need's to look out for our best interest's, because the Court's certainly aren't. Since 1978, the Family Court's have done whatever they felt like. 2.1 Waiver of Rules-There are NO Rules! Home many children have your court's Stolen from innocent families due to Waiver of Rules? In all other Court's litigant's evidence proving innocence is allowed into Court. Why not Family Court? And what about "Hearsay"? In 2004-Crawford v. Washington Rule 9.0-Hearsay is NOT admissible in Family Court cases or Domestic Violence cases. Why is it still admissible in NH Court's, without PROOF of guilt? Why do NH Court's get away with ALL the injustices they bestow upon the people of our State? Why are parent's and Families treated worse than Criminals?
NH Court's need "oversight", "Open" Court's for families and "Jury" trials AND NO Hearsay! That's the only way to hold Family Court's accountable. Court BIAS can NO longer be tolerated by the People of NH!
