PROGRAM
ADOPTION SAFE FAMILIES ACT GOT PUT INTO PLACE. THIS NUMBER OF CHILDREN DYING IN
STATE CARE IS UNEXCUSABLE AND IT IS OBVIOUS THE STATE IS NOT STOPPING CHILDREN
FROM DEATH
