Supreme Court: State stiffed children's homes, owes $3.5M | SeacoastOnline.com:

CONCORD — The state Division of Youth, Children and Families must pay Portsmouth's Chase Home for Children and six affiliated homes for abused, neglected and delinquent youths $3.5 million that was underfunded for three years, forcing one of the homes to turn to a food pantry to feed children.

Get ready everyone. DCYF will be hunting down more kids to steal to pay back the 3.5 mil!
