Highlights of the fight against court corruption in 2010

Highlights of the fight against court corruption in 2010 - Los Angeles LA | Examiner.com

1. Tonya Pinkin's daughter got to return to her mother's house, where she wanted to be.

2. Judge Trent Lewis recused himself from Janette Isaac's case after Janette uncovered more evidence of an alleged embezzelment by Judge Lewis and Attorney Kolodny.

3. Together we found evidence of extreme dysfunction in the personal life of appointed minor's counsel William Spiller, including a declaration by his own son that described Mr. Spiller as a horrendous father.

4. We were able to compare some bills and get a little closer to discovering just how many hours Mr. Spiller got paid to work. Between tax-payer funded assignments and private parties ordered to pay as much as $450 per hour, estimates of Mr. Spiller's take was up to $2,000,000 per year. Estimates of billable hours were around 16 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Hope Bill gets to take at least a few hours off today.

5. Together we discovered that appointed child custody evaluator Dr. Gary Chase admitted to taking kick-backs in the past and was on probation, unable to practice for five years. Some litigants said they have seen evidence that Dr. Chase was also caught in acts of sexual misconduct. This reporter has not seen that evidence yet, but eagerly awaits the day. Dr. Chase is probably pretty excited about that thought also.

6. Appointed minor's counsel William Spiller was ordered to refund $9,000 of the taxpayer dollars paid to him on just one case.

7. Appointed child custody evaluator Dr. Joseph Kenan was caught with his pants down, so to speak. Litigants found numerous internet pictures and blogs that characterize Dr. Kenan as a flamboyant homosexual who engages in dangerous sex, porno-promoter, drug abuser. One litigant was able to have Dr. Kenan removed from her case and he "voluntarily" returned the $7,500 retainer she paid to him.

8. Janet Isaacs and other mothers who were taken away from their children based on Dr. "Joe-blo" Kenan's recommendations were given plenty or reason to be optomistic that their orders will be vacated, soon.

9. This reporter found the documents that the court removed from her file and deleted from the docket and case summary, that prove all orders since September 1997 are not valid. This reporter found copies of emails written by Court Counsel Brett Bianco in her file that are allegedly libelous. The emails also indicate that the court did not investigate allegations of file tampering, obstruction of justice and fraud in any meaningful way.

10. Judicial immunity was denied to the judge in a civil suit stemming from a family law case.

11. A mother won on appeal of a 4 million dollar judgment against two DCFS workers and the county that employed them, after they seperated her from her children without good cause.

It was a heck of a year. Scroll down and remember other victories against people who abuse the court system for money, ego and to feed their own dysfunctional psych. And pray that God's will be done.
