Infant's death becomes issue in foster care suit | Tulsa World: "Attorneys for the plaintiffs in a class-action federal lawsuit seeking changes in Oklahoma's foster care system are trying to exploit the 'tragic and sensational' death of an infant whose body was found in a washing machine, defense lawyers allege in a motion filed this week in Tulsa federal court.
Meanwhile, a federal magistrate granted the plaintiffs' request to sanction the defense for failing to produce certain documents for the plaintiffs' attorneys and failing to communicate with them about it.
