Legal child abuse in the USA

  1. My son ( or to you foster son) has lived with me two years. The injustice is him not being adopted yet. His parents keep fighting...yet they cannot take care of him. The only injustice he would see is if he had to go back with his parents. I am who he knows as mother - because it is I, not them, who takes care of him, loves him, hugs him, tucks him in. I do the mothering. Blood is only blood. It is not love. I know. I am adopted. I was in the foster care system. Thank God I was adopted! I look at my life and just know "CPS" would never take a child of mine. I cant even imagine that happening. I mean really when that happens to parents. They should feel shame. Just shame. There has to be a reason every time. I know it must be hard for you you couldnt adopt and your grandchild was adopted. Now that child has parents - something you could not have given you. If my baby were to be placed with his grandparents - well he would never be in a real family. He would also be put with a complete stranger to him. I am his family. Please realize you may be a grandmother, but you are not the child's mother. The child thankfully now has one. Dont fight it and feel your heart with sadness. Know that child is better off. Be happy knowing there are good people willing to give all to your grandchild. I give my all each day as a mother.

  2. No, there isn't ALWAYS a reason a child is taken, other than the greed of CPS.My grandson was with us every day of his life. Why do you think he tried to hang himself? Because he was kept from his grandparent's. Mainly, his Grampie.
We were NOT stranger's to Austin or Isabella. We were told Austin would be with us,where he wanted to be. If the fraud and corruption weren't running so rampant with NH DCYF and court's he would be with us now. And so would Isabella.
