Yes they are evil and are backed up and helped out to corrupt those who try to do by right, which the Government helps them do the damage!!!! Whoever came up with this plot had cruel and destructive intentions. I outta know! I never had the opportunity to enjoy my children because of a system that is hell bent of killing off happiness for its own ego and self righteous actions. These losers low level losers have done nothing but dictate and destroy intentionally, they make up stories, lie, support criminal activity, tear families apart when there's no proof of damage done. They even have gone as far as to tell a person... they will not help unless the person "ADMITS" they are going to hurt their child or children!!!! Thats EVIL... whether there is a Satan or not, the actions this organization has pulled escalates the whole understanding and meaning what Evil is just by their own actions of cover ups and lies to keep their measly jobs so they can look important, what a bunch of pathetic low life losers you are CPS! And whoever came up with this scheme to deceive people and mislead them.... I hope you rot in hell! Oh and one more thing... Id advise people not to get on Food Stamps cause the workers have been known to get into the system and give out personal information with out cause or warning and that will wreck your life. You think your life isn't hard enough have the system run it, I guarantee... it will be worse then a jigsaw puzzle with all the wrong pieces!!!!
