CPS desperately in need of change
Regarding the column on Wednesday by Laurie Roberts, "CPS once again fails young abuse victim": Sadly, these articles have become rote. Just insert different names, the circumstances are pretty much the same. The mantra of Child Protective Services failing to act and take charge of the care of children being tortured at the hands of an "adult" - and make no mistake, I use this term loosely - is sickening!
